L'emplacement, le personnel de l'accueil sympathique.

Cons:

L'hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité proposée. À ce tarif, je m'attendais à des prestations bien supérieures.
Les meubles de la chambre ainsi que ceux de la salle de bain sont très anciens et mériteraient d'être rénovés.
Le petit-déjeuner offre un choix varié, mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Le pain était le seul véritable point positif. Les œufs brouillés étaient beaucoup trop cuits et secs, et les jus de fruits étaient des jus à base de concentré, ce qui est décevant pour un établissement de cette gamme.
Au vu du prix que j'ai payé pour la chambre, je m'attendais à un bien meilleur rapport qualité-prix. Je suis donc déçu par mon séjour.

A localização do hotel é ótima, bem central. O ambiente do café da manhã era bem espaço e moderno, com lindas janelas antigas voltadas para prédios históricos da rua.

Cons:

A qualidade das acomodações e conforto. Não tem ar condicionado, somente um pequeno ventilador para enfrentar o calor do verão. Alem disso as instalações de móveis do quarto são bem antigas e a cama não muito confortável. Alem disso, o elevador não atende o andar da recepção.

Cons:

Ik had 2 aparte bedden geboekt maar we kregen een tweepersoonsbed met 1 dekbed/laken. Verder was de kamer erg warm. Er was geen airco en omdat het raam open stond lekgeprikt door de muggen
