Good location within 13 minutes walk to red line. Good value for money with breakfast included compared to most hotels in Boston.

Cons:

My room on the first floor was very noisy when the A/C or fridge was running and every sound of the second floor could be heard. The second floor made a lot of noise untill 3 am for my first night.

Great place to stay at.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, they had egg n cheese, toast, bagels, waffles, coffee, juices, banana, nice sitting area indoor and outdoor. The room was spacious, clean and comfy, enough towels.

Cons:

Small insect went behind the night stands, I tried to kill it, I moved the night stand it was little dusty back there, I know is hard to clean that area all the time but I think it should be looked at least once or twice a week.
