Clean enough, but the mould issue and how it was handled meant we wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Rooms were generally clean, and the hotel is within a reasonable walking distance of Bilbao city centre.

Cons:

Our room smelled extremely mouldy. We raised this with reception and the receptionist came to the room but dismissed the issue and initially refused to move us, saying the hotel was fully booked and suggesting we simply sleep in one of our friends’ rooms. Booking.com was still showing availability at the time. Only after going back and insisting were we moved to another room, which could have been done immediately without the unnecessary argument.

The surrounding area also felt quite dirty and the hotel didn’t really match the impression given by the photos online. The parking garage didn’t feel particularly secure either, a car parked near ours had its window smashed overnight.

δεν μου αρεσε η περιοχη ηταν λιγο απομονωμενη και δεν φαινεται να μπορεις να βγεις το βραδυ μονος σου εκει. Καλυτερα να παιρνεις ταξι για να πας καπου

Very pleasant stay!
Pros:

The hotel is very nice on the inside and the room were spacious. Service there was really friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly suprised by the hotel.

You can easily walk from there to the inner city.

Cons:

One has to mention that the district of the hotel is not the nicest one. Check it first of that would be a problem for you.

The bed was very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The floors were incredibly dirty and the room smelled intensely like mold and bug spray. In the evening we saw a bug walking on the wall.

Excelente alojamiento en Bilbo
Pros:

Amplitud y comodidad de las habitaciones. El personal super atento y amable. Todo facilidades.

Cons:

Que no hubiera ascensor para subir las maletas por lo que no es un hotel accesible para personas con discapacidad.
