Tranquilidad y comodidad con una buena relación precio-ubicación.
Pros:

La habitación en la que nos alojamos estaba limpia y era muy tranquila, dormimos muy cómodos sin ningún ruido por la noche. El tamaño es ideal si viajas en pareja o solo. Estás prácticamente en el centro de Bilbao y puedes visitar andando la gran mayoría de lugares. El precio es perfecto para la ubicación.

Pros:

They stated that there was parking available but it was full. That was the only reason why we booked it in the first place. The airconditioning only had two options. On or off. There were no other options. The room was very noisy and there was a construction site next to our window. There is no receptionist in the morning so no one to address issues with. If you are looking for a peace of mind and a good night sleep. Look elsewhere.. and oh we were woken up by the cleaners at ten o’clock.

Een zeer geslaagd verblijf met slechts enkele kleine aandachtspunten.
Pros:

We waren over het algemeen zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. Het inchecken verliep heel vlot en het personeel was steeds vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de mogelijkheid om onze bagage na het uitchecken nog veilig te bewaren tot later op de dag was een grote meerwaarde.

Cons:

Een klein koelkastje op de kamer zou een fijne extra zijn geweest. Daarnaast was er regelmatig geluid van doorstromend water in de leidingen (muren/plafond), wat soms storend was, vooral ’s nachts.

Aan te bevelen bij bezoek Bilbao.
Pros:

Goede ligging. Attent personeel. Aangename kamer. Fijne attenties bij aankomst: flesje water, koffie... Propere badkamer met goede douche. Kledijstomer voorzien. Mogelijkheden tot ontbijt vlakbij. Veilige parking op wandelafstand. Voorbehouden parking aan hotel om bagage te lossen.

A central location close to transport links.
Pros:

It was a comfortable place to stay in a central part of town. The staff were kind and friendly. The sound proofing was good, it never seemed noisy. They provided teabags and instant coffee and changed it daily, also topped up drinking water.

Cons:

The shower screen was a bit small, it often make the bathroom a bit wet.

Lokalizacja w porządku - 15 minut spacerem od stacji Abando. Pokój przestronny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w oczekiwaniu na transport. Bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni ludzie pracujący na recepcji.

Agréable, propre et bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement était très propre, bien situé

Cons:

Stationnement un peu loin, pour accéder à l’eau, il faut déranger l’agent à l’accueil qui est seul et occupé en journée.
