Pools too cold for winter
Pros:

Loved our room looking out over the serenity pool and gardens, so nice! And the rooftop spa in our room, we just had to ask them to clean it, then it was mint.

Cons:

We went in July and the resort pools were quite cool. The serenity pool was freezing, tap water temp!
The beach lagoon pool was quite cold too and the kids wouldn't stay in there. The pool at the entrance was warmer but still chilly and the kids were shivering after 20 minutes. The spa was the temperature the pools should've been, and way too cool for a spa! I think the only people in the pool were those from Melbourne (us) who had come from 0 degrees hahaha. Would prefer to stay somewhere with heated pools in winter.
FYI Palm cove temp was 19-27C during the day so quite lovely.

Pros:

The location was the best thing about the apartment

Cons:

The room was dated, the bathroom doors didn’t close and their was makeup stains on pillow on arrival

Relaxed resort great facilities
Pros:

Room very comfortable, King bed wonderful, location on beach, resort amenities great, staff kind friendly, pool side lounging with swim up bar fun.

Cons:

Lack of internet (amost nil) due to location, suggest routers in each block like other resorts.

Expecting a five star experience, but the room was a major letdown
Pros:

Pool area was fantastic

Cons:

Room smelt moldy. Which was fixed by the staff by spraying bleach on the walls!! Had to sleep with doors open. Stingy amenities ie not enough toiletries for 1 person let alone 2, 2 coffee pods provided for 6 night stay. Rooms need updating.

Our stay was everything we were hoping for - a 5 day mid year circuit breaker
Pros:

The property was everything you could ever need for a relaxing, tropical holiday. Nicole and Marcus were great and spoilt us with early check-in and late departure as well as so many yummy treats!!
