Room #3416 Extremely Disappointing. Would NOT recommend
Pros:

Close to the beach, lagoon was beautiful

Cons:

No blind on window meaning no privacy, had to get changed in the bathroom, Room was 5 metres from a walkway on the ground floor. Couldnt use spa due to no privacy being so close to a public walkway. Cockroach in room. Washing machine didnt work. Photos do not show how close the room is to the walkway. Lagoon was severely over crowded didnt use. Nothing private about this room at all.

Perfection in paradise
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful pool. Good pool bar. Amazing large apartments. If your deciding between here and the Sheraton in PD let me tell you this is better

The hotel was amazing, but next time I’ll be booking through peppers hotel

The room was very comfortable, with a beautiful view

Cons:

Unfortunately the hairdryer was about to blow up, it was screaming and luckily I asked for extra towels when I did as there was no service of the room, they only had the 4 towels available 2 for the shower and 2 for the outdoor spa, they only supplied 2 rolls of toilet paper for our 3 night stay luckily the staff at peppers where nice enough to give me an extra roll, the two bins in the apartment were overflowing by the end of our stay and the balcony was covered in leaves from the trees, I thought someone would at least pop in once during our stay to provide more toilet paper and empty the bins and give the balcony a sweep.

Pros:

An incredibly comfortable stay at this super clean accommodation. So much attention to detail to furnishings, linen, decorations etc. The host Nicole left us customised goodies to eat and drink and that was super special. Our family absolutely loved our stay and hope to return and would definitely recommend this as a stand-out option to anyone thinking of visiting Palm Cove.

Cons:

Clutching at straws, but I guess the lack of elevator.

A wonderful piece of Palm Cove paradise.
Pros:

Spacious, quiet, beautifully furnished and well-equipped two bedroom apartment, with lovely views over the pools and garden. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Generously provisioned with plenty of towels, toiletries, cleaning products etc. Friendly, helpful staff, who left complementary bottles of wines and a large basket of goodies. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

We had no criticisms of the property.
