Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, with a metro station nearby.

Cons:

The room was clean and well maintained. However, our window faced an internal wall, so there was very little natural sunlight. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke often drifted in from the courtyard area. Although the air conditioning and ventilation system worked well, we could still occasionally smell cigarette smoke in the room.

The breakfast could be improved. There was not much variety, and a large portion of the selection consisted of traditional Chinese dishes. For a child, there were very few suitable options, and it was difficult to find something they would enjoy eating.

とてもいいホテルでした！
Pros:

スタッフが親切
朝食が美味しい
施設内が綺麗
ディズニーが近くてシャトルバスが出ている

周りにコンビニなどがなく、館内にも自動販売機などは無い（あると書いてあるが商品が入っていない）

Cons:

Llegamos y nos fuimos a las 2 hs. La recepcionista muy mal educada. Todo sucio. Lejos de todo. Muy cerca hay ferias en las veredas con gallinas muertas. Comida en el piso. Motos y bicicletas que circulan por la vereda. Todo muy caótico. Jamás lo recomendaría a nadie.

Un bon séjour pratique pour Disneyland
Pros:

La chambre était jolie et l’hotel parfaitement situé pour se rendre à Disneyland Shanghai. L’hôtel propose une navette mais nous ne l’avons pas utilisé.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner très light et salé. Pas grand chose de sucré à part des fruits. Le personnel de ménage qui tambourine à 8h du matin à la porte , pas superbe pour se reposer (malgré la pancarte ne pas déranger), l’anglais inexistant donc prévoyez une appli de traduction

Nunca mas piso un Holiday Inn
Pros:

Lo unico bueno el transporte gratis a Disney de ida y de vuelta.

Cons:

Pesima experiencia. Nos dejaban la ventana abierta del cuarto sin calefacción cuando viaje en invierno. Hacian -3°C afuera. Nos fuimos a dormir congeladas ambas noches de la estadia. El desayuno era super oriental, ni una medialuna o tostada, cafe espantoso. Habia olor a cigarrillo en el cuarto. Cuando realice el reclamo tanto del hospedaje como desde Booking NADIE se hizo cargo. horrible servicio.

Нам дали номер без окна, то есть окно было, но оно выходило куда-то внутрь здания. На ресепшне спросила, есть ли номер с открытым окном, они сказали, что у них таких нет. Очень неуомфортно
