Beds are to short.
We loved our spa bath in the second room we were in (after the first horrible room). Beds were supper comfy and balcony was large and spacious. Front desk staff helpful from the get-go and friendly.
The original room we were booked into was large, but the "balcony" was a shared courtyard fenced in and surrounded by walls, dark and horrible. No view just cold walls these rooms should come with a warning and definitely not a full price tag! Maybe try a pot plant or nice outdoor furniture to make up for it. I ended up asking to be moved as it was so depressing and was very grateful to be moved up a floor where we could see the church and buildings and tree's and even the Ferris wheel in the park! Much nicer! Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs too watery to eat, Bacon rubbery and chewy, didn't like having no free coffee option and paying extra for coffee.

The shower walls had some spot mould
駅から近いし、フェリー乗り場にも近いし前は公園だし高級感もあった！チェックアウトしてからも荷物を預かってくれるのがとても有り難かった！
特にないけど、予約する時になぜか朝食付きに出来なかった気がする…なんでだろ…

location and comfort of the room.
did not realise the extent of disruption that the renovation was still causing , hence a less than pleasant experience for our 1 night stay.
Great breakfast. Location was right across from a park and close to both waterfront services and downtown shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Loved the breakfast.
The bedroom was nice and dark once curtains were shut.
Noise was to a minimum.
