It looked great on the outside
It looked like it was 40 years old on the inside. The place smelled, I got itching when I woke up
The pool was nice but the water was dirty and towels were all over the floor. The floors were extremely wet in the pool area which was very unsafe
I didn't like that house keeping opened the door without permission and after we said we didn't need anything or didn't need our room cleaned he proceeded to try to walk in and continue to ask. The sheets had oil stains on them, the floors were dirty. The bathroom door was cracked and broken there was no fan to vent the bathroom. No cups for the coffee no blow dryer. Stains on the ceiling. No phone in the room
The price
No coffee maker in room. No coffee at the lobby until breakfast hours.
Tiny square pillows.
Sink and tub had slow draining.
The guy checking me in asked me 4 times if I had any pets, as if he didn't believe me

Got told a day before my stay, which my rooms were paid, they gave it away and canceled it. Rooms were paid and everything and they still canceled and gave it away.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Hallways / carpets were extemely dirty. We had to get 5 different key cards and still got locked out of the room because they keypad didn't work. The trim along the door was broken and the door wouldn't open or shut without force. Back door entrance we were told to go in didn't work and another guest had to let us in. Coffee makers in the bedrooms were missing pieces so they were unusable.
The food they had. The beds was comfortable
The elevator kept breaking down most of time. The pool was supposed to to be heated but wasn’t.
Housekeeping didn’t knock and just came in. We told them we didn’t need anything and we were sleeping. They came in anyway. Later in the day they came back and tried barging in again. I had to door stopper up so they couldn’t get it in.
It’s quiet and has a good room setup.
The shower head is super low and the shower curtain may as well not be there because the water gets out regardless.
Once I told the manager there were cockroaches in the room he did give us a new room but it had cockroaches in it too.
So as far as what I like the guy at the front desk who I assume is the manager was as accommodating as he could be
This place was extremely dirty. I would be ashamed to have an elevator that looks like this in my hotel. There are cockroaches in the building and in the rooms. I have my shoes off for about 2 hours walking around and my feet were stained from the carpets.
I will never stay at this hotel again.
