breakfast was a community box of cereal, loaf or bread to make toast, in room door lock didn't work. That bath room door had been kicked in and did not close. bath tub was plugged up with hair and wasn't able to be used, pool and area was not clean. one clean towel. Open drug use in pool area. Elevator made awful noises and scared my daughter and grand kids
they should no be able to be a hotel. i will never use your service knowing you will list dumps and feel i should receive a 100% refund

From getting us checked in early, help with directions for supplies, to the maintenance team that helped us air up a flat tire, the pool was excellent, the breakfast was good. Excellent experience we will be back..
A couple more towels would’ve been nice
Nothing they denied me and my 4 kids to stay because quote I would need another room for my kids

Our room door did not always latch and the lock inside did not keep the door closed our bathroom door didn't shut all the way the shower head was on when you had the bathtub running there was beef jerky in our bed the air conditioning unit was filthy the pool was falling apart there was no hot tub and the glass from the gym to the pool made my teenage daughter uncomfortable because a man was staring at her the entire time she was swimming. No one emptied our trash or freshened our towels after each night's stay when I called to ask for towels they told me I had to come down and get them. The mattress cover was stained there was no clothes hangers.
Bed was comfortable.

I checked in late, and got a late check out: not only did the room smell of strong chemicals they decided to work on a room next door with drills and hammers at 8am! I stay here a few times a month and this was not a good stay. Not only that I haven’t gotten my deposit back yet when I usually do by now.

Could of gotten the extra deposit back after they lied and said room smelled like smoking but I had a candle for my anniversary and they fked me
The room had a dirty towel in the drawer, the curtain was broke, the windows on the 3rd floor opened and did not lock, there was no deadbolt on the door, the curtain was broken, the shower head was broke, the toilet seat was broke and the outlet was hanging out of the wall.
The price was nice and the checkout clerk was very nice.
The room was okay but around the bed frames were dirty and the microwave was filthy.
