Excellent, definitely consider for my next trip.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and spacious. Hot water was always provided by the front desk upon request. The location was excellent, close to pharmacy, and a lot of restaurants.

Cons:

I was on the first floor and could not open the curtains because everyone could see into my room, and I would have had no privacy.

Pros:

Staff thoughtfully put us on first floor so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases to second floor. Thorough list of places to eat nearby which was very helpful.

Great place to see when visiting Raleigh. We could walk to dinner.
Pros:

I love anything mid century modern especially hotels without the bland feel of a major chain.
Loved my morning coffee sitting outside.

I loved the aesthetic of this hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was not noisy at all, although it is right next to a busy street.

If it wasn’t for booking.com I wouldn’t have booked there. Their regular price was way too high. The pics made it look l
Pros:

Had a modern retro feel. Felt like an old motor in was renovated.

Cons:

The carpet felt damp & sticky. Recommend flooring. There was a musty odor in the room. There were snacks & sparkling water in the room for us which we helped ourselves to a few things. Not noticing it at first we later saw a price sheet for the snacks. The chocolate bar was $12!!!! I explained to the manager we thought it was complimentary which often happens at the Airbnb’s we stay at. She said she would charge us for the items and just wouldn’t budge.
