Friendly staff
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet.
We checked out on the app. As we left the hotel no one said goodbye or thanks for staying with them as they were too busy chatting with each other. Not a big issue, but I'm used to the thanks. The shower door handle was loose and came off on our last day. The shower was constantly dripping. Again, not a huge issue, just needs maintenance.

Toilet paper holder fell off the wall the first day. Pool area was basically unusable. Due the a baseball team or league having numerous room and pretty much make the pool and hot tub totally unusable.
All the staff members were friendly and helpful.

It was a good, solid hotel that we've come to expect from the brand. The location is right off the highway so easily accessible and close to restaurants. The heat and air conditioning was temperamental - always just a little too hot or too cold and loud. My two complaints? No fan in the bathroom and the coffee was rough.

Hotel was nice, clean and was in a nice area. The pool was cloudy, the tile was extremely slippery, even walking people were slipping and almost falling. They only left 4 pool towels at a time before having to go to the front desk to ask. Upon check in, I walked in the lobby alone and was greeted by the rudest woman. She immediately asked if I was apart of some group which I said I was not. She told me that my reservation looked like I had a kid so I needed to "control my kid on this hotel at all times and not let it wonder around" I was absolutely shocked that this was our first interactions aside from her asking my name. I don't know where she got off even assuming I was apart of some group and assuming my 7 year old child would be some kind of issue. From there she told me quiet hours were 10pm, again, I had just walked in at 915 from travel and was already tired. I snapped at her and told her I was going to bed, she didn't have to worry about me OR my kid. Insane.
