Average at best, nothing special.
Pros:

Safe area with restaurants and stores around.

Cons:

Very string chlorine smell in the pool area. So bad it hurt your eyes. Not comfortable at all. The $1000 hold is very excessive for a hotel like this. Will never stay at a place with that hold again.

Pros:

I like staycations for the pool and hot tub and the sense of being away.

Cons:

Didnt like the fact that the complimentary coffee station was always incomplete. Coffee was empty one evening, no lids on another, no hot cocoa mix one evening and when we asked the girl at the front desk, she said they were out but they were filled first thing in the morning. Lets face it, She just couldnt be bothered to grab some for us so we walked to Dunkin. All and all a decent stay but its the little things that count!

Warning for those with bad knees
Pros:

All in all our stay was pleasant with a few glitches. Our room wasn’t serviced one day and it was assumed that we left the do not disturb on the door even though we did not. Also being a senior with bad knees the toilets were extremely low and difficult to get up from. Seniors beware. Other than that the room was clean, staff friendly for the most part, it was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

This was a standout hotel on a long roadtrip
Pros:

This was a great hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and the bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was vey good. The coffee was especially good.

Nice simple hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel, basic but it's modern, clean, the beds are comfortable, it's quiet. Breakfast is o-k, and the staff is friendly. There are many restaurants and stores around.

Quiet and relaxing hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet.

Cons:

We checked out on the app. As we left the hotel no one said goodbye or thanks for staying with them as they were too busy chatting with each other. Not a big issue, but I'm used to the thanks. The shower door handle was loose and came off on our last day. The shower was constantly dripping. Again, not a huge issue, just needs maintenance.

Clean good room

Cons:

Toilet paper holder fell off the wall the first day. Pool area was basically unusable. Due the a baseball team or league having numerous room and pretty much make the pool and hot tub totally unusable.
