Pros:

La ubicación esta bien, no es tan cerca del centro pero el tranvía te deja en 10 minutos

Cons:

Mi habitación era muuuy chica para dos personas y no entraban ni las valijas.
El personal de limpieza una vez tocó la puerta y habiéndole respondido, entró igual mientras yo estaba cambiándome.
El acolchado tenía manchas

Trotz Lage direkt an der Straße sehr ruhig und sehr verkehrsgünstig. 2 Straßenbahnen halten in der Nähe.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad waren recht klein. Aber für den Preis trotzdem angemessen

Posizione top.

Cons:

Pulizia della camera un po' scarsa; e scarsità di accessori: nonostante in camera fossimo tre, nel bagno venivano lasciati sempre meno asciugamani.
Dimensioni della camera molto ridotte e spazi molto stretti per una tripla adulti.

L'emplacement proche des trams.

Cons:

Une grosse déception. J'ai payé pour une « Petite Chambre Double » en m'attendant à un vrai lit double (comme confirmé sur ma réservation). À la place, j'ai eu droit à deux lits simples simplement collés l'un à l'autre.

L'hygiène et l'entretien de la chambre étaient inacceptables : une grosse tache blanche douteuse sur la tête de lit, des réparations de fortune au plafond avec des tuyaux emballés dans du papier aluminium, des tâches au sol et des murs très abîmés (voir photos).

La direction a reconnu ces problèmes par écrit suite à ma plainte, mais a refusé de proposer le moindre remboursement ou d'assumer ses responsabilités. Je vous invite à bien regarder mes photos avant de réserver.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Mann ist mit dem Tram schnell im Zentrum. Das Hotel verfügt über alles was ich benötigte.

Leider sehr ringhörig.
