Cons:

The bed consisted of two mattresses. One was fine, but the other was visibly sagging and you would literally sink into it when lying down. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the energy to ask the staff for a room or mattress replacement. In my opinion, the hotel failed to provide one of the most basic things a hotel should offer — a comfortable and functional bed.

We are very satisfied with our stay
Pros:

This was not our first time staying at this hotel, and we are always happy to come back. The location is excellent, everything is very clean and hygienic, and the staff is caring and attentive.

Cons:

The information about queen-size and king-size beds in the booking is quite confusing. A queen-size bed sounds like a normal double bed, but in reality it was too small for two people. It would be helpful to clearly state the exact bed dimensions.
We also had an unpleasant experience at the pool. A man sat on my sunbed and towel and started smoking, even though smoking is not allowed there. I reported it to the pool staff, who said they would speak to him, but unfortunately nothing was done and he continued smoking for the rest of the day.

Отель на 3+
Pros:

Отель находится в центре, приветливый персонал, при отеле есть бассейн

Cons:

Цена на номера завышены, сами номера маленькие, ремонт и сантехника морально уставшие.
Зубные щетки, наборы и тд принесли лишь 1 раз.
Для тех кто берет номера с балконом- они выходят на проезжую улицу, поэтому ночью очень шумно! И главная вишенка на торте- на балконе предусмотрено фасадное освещение здания, если вы не зашторите окна, вам будет светит в окно свет.
Завтраки очень слабые, но зато есть 3 кофемащины, в очереди вам не придется стоять.
Звукоизоляции нет, если кто-то закрывает в коридоре дверь, ващи стены будут трястись.
