Best Western Plus Congress Hotel Yerevan

Как обычно, все хорошо. Летом только здесь останавливаюсь в Ереване.

Потрясающий персонал. Буквально каждый сотрудник был вежлив, доброжелателен и профессионален.

4 to 4.5 stars actually.
Professional, efficient check-in, though the hotel does not have a proper ie safe bus drop zone at it’s front door.
There are actually 2 lifts, though only one is immediately evident at the front desk.
We were in room #414 from 19 May, for 3+1 nights, as part of an Adventures Abroad tour group. The std room is small for two persons each with world travel suitcases. Only one suitcase stand is then supplied. Why?
The room was clean and quite practical. The secured room safe was used. The kettle, etc was appreciated. The bathroom shower was one of the best of 22 nights of recent touring in this region. The towels were larger and soft. There was a heated towel rail too that could be turned on or off = very rare. The vanity sink was of a good size AND it had a plug mechanism BUT that sealed plug still leaked. Do hotel managers ever read these reviews AND then action maintenance? The best hotels actually have an old fashioned paper form in the room; so that departing guests can flag such opportunities for improvement.
Very useful room lighting which unfortunately is not a given in too many 4-5 star hotels worldwide.
The hotel is in a good near CBD location but any front rooms will have traffic noise; especially if you want some fresh outside air. The window does open. The air con though, even with the window shut, had a useless thermostat and the coolest the room ever got was 22-23 C. The too thick continental quilt was then too hot.
Once you enter the overly security crazy, wifi password, the data speed was good.
Breakfast was of a high standard BUT precooked hot food was not then being kept at a food safety hygiene, appropriate temperature. The burners were not always burning AND those containers need to be pre-heated BEFORE cooked food goes into them. On Friday 22 May at 08:30 NONE of those burners were actually alight !
Having worked as a compliance auditor; these things are obvious / easily fixed issues.
The hotel can arrange a pre-paid (helpfully by card) airport transfer for 9000 Dram.

Really enjoyed this hotel. It has a relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive and honestly feels much better than a typical chain Best Western.

I definitely recommend the executive room with a terrace. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the view was great. The terrace became one of my favorite parts of the stay. Coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening.

One of the hotel’s strongest points is the staff. The reception team was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help or recommend something. You can really feel that they care, and the people here create that warm Armenian hospitality and easygoing atmosphere.

The location is also very convenient. Many of Yerevan’s main attractions, restaurants, and walking areas are nearby.

The hotel has an outdoor pool and a sauna, which was a big plus after long walks around the city. I also tried the massage, but honestly wouldn’t recommend it.

I ordered breakfast to the terrace and really enjoyed it. Good food, beautiful view, and that calm Yerevan vibe. I honestly would not recommend the buffet breakfast though.

Also really liked the lounge area in the lobby with comfortable sofas and different seating zones. A great place to work, meet someone, or simply relax before heading to the airport after check-out.

Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression and is definitely a place I would come back to.

Расположение отличное, персонал отзывчивый, завтраки очень вкусные, полный шведский стол, очень много всего👍 В отеле чисто, уютно, мне все понравилось. Девочки на ресепшн умницы, красавицы. Персонал зоны завтрака внимательные и улыбчивые. Везде чисто. Постель хорошо заправлена, идеальный порядок. Спасибо горничным. Была в Ереване весной, шел дождь, девочки любезно предоставили зонтик. Заботу и внимание я ощущала весь период пребывания. Спасибо, Ереван! Вернусь еще много раз!

Чистота, новизна мебели в номерах все ухоженно чисто. Убирают все хорошей и качественной техникой. Вкусный завтрак.

Прекрасный персонал, отзывчивый. Нет бюрократии, пришлось заменить количество человек и дней в брони которая была неизменна, но отель пошел на встречу, это очень ценно. Благодарю! 🙏🏼

The location is good for sightseeing. You can easily walk the entire center. Breakfast is on the good side, but there are not that many options, especially for healthy diets.
