Frustrating
Cons:

Our first room wasnt ready, beds were un made. Construction dust everywhere, TV didn't work.
We were moved. New room had a broken heating cooling unit. Which the staff switched out. They were great( the staff)but this all took place after 1130 at night. We had driven 7 hours and were ready to unwind and go to sleep. Also we had dogs and were given a room on the second floor less than conveniencent.

Not the best place to stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly check in was easy breakfast was good

Cons:

The price was way to high for the room .The room was in bad shape bathroom sink was broken. Shower/bath tub had no shower mat it was super slippery to the point I fell. Beds so on comfortable. Needs a lot of up grades

Pros:

We found it to be pricey but we understand why that was based on the location. I didnt mind paying because the front desk staff were suoer friendly and helpful. Their service alone made the price worth it. Excellent location next to a Tims, Pizza acrosd the street. Beer store and pharmacy across the corner

Cons:

Looks like you're doing upgrades, would recommend larger more comfortable pillows and beds are not very comfortable. Stayed 2 nights in different rooms 2nd night was on main level and room was a little more updated.

With a little bit more of an effort made it would be better.

Not able to bolt or chain the door for security, mold around the tub/shower, open fuse box, smelly carpwts, fuxtures ripped off the wall and not repaired, no maid service, no food available during breakfast hours, and very noisy, the beds were messy....too pricey for what we did get.

Dirty hallways and stairwells. Splatter on walls. No blind on window. Horrid bed making. Not sure when the bed was vacuumed under. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Staff were nice, however the room was not adequate. There were dark stains on the white shower curtain, and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Dark stains on moulding in bathroom and the tub had rust marks in it! The rest of the room appeared clean. We had an emergency and had to leave hotel a day early. They would not consider a refund or a partial refund. Not recommending this hotel.

Pros:

Super 8 Kirkland needs some major repairs. While my room’s washroom was newer, the shower walls had other people’s hair and blue soap which is not the colour of the soap I was using. The other room’s bathroom smelled and the bathroom looked like it had not been repaired or replaced since the hotel opened. Staff were nice and friendly however and the location and parking was fine.

Very poor quality room.
Pros:

Ceck was typical. Room was terrible. Damage visible in multiple areas. Damp smelling. I could see through the door when closed, door seal missing in multiple areas. Loose toilet seat. Remote missing battery cover. Towel rack falling off the wall. Stains on vanity and mattress. Yuk! Even the Super 8 sign is falling apart! Showed pictures upon check out and nothing was said. No explanation. No apology. Nothing.
