Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

All'arrivo siamo stati sistemati nell'ala nuova dell'hotel, pertanto le camere e i bagni erano nuovissimi, moderni e molto puliti. Lo staff é stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione strepitosa con terrazza con vista su Registan. Hotel comodo per raggiungere a piedi i principali siti

Expérience décevante
Pros:

Chambre moderne et propre dans l'autre moitié toute neuve de l'hôtel. Nous avions choisi sur photos une chambre dans l'hôtel d'origine. Nous avons été logés dans la partie toute neuve. Centre ville à 5 min à pied. Bien situé. Et un excellent restaurant à deux pas (Emirhan Restaurant)

Cons:

L'hôtel nous vend une vue exceptionnelle sur Le Registan. La vue est assez belle oui, mais la terrasse n'est pas spécialement agréable (fausse herbe synthétique au sol, un bâtiment en chantier juste à côté). Le petit déjeuner est vraiment médiocre. Rien ne fait envie. Très décevant. Et aucun service particulier. La grande faiblesse de cet hôtel. Dommage cet hôtel a un grand potentiel...

the hotel sent us a message through Booking on the day we were supposed to arrive that they have a water outage at the property (and in the neighbourhood) and they could not ensure proper conditions. They asked us to cancel our reservation. We were lucky that we found another hotel at a decent price.

Great location. Wonderful staff.
Pros:

Staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. I think this was the best part of the property actually. It's walking distance from many of the key attractions in the city, but it's also nice and quiet in the evenings. Breakfast was pretty good. The best part about it is the views from rooftop terrace, where you can sip your coffee and admire the turquoise domes of Registan Square.

Cons:

The room, at least ours, was a bit small and cramped. And since there was only a tiny window with a view of a brick wall, it felt a bit claustrophobic. The light in the hallway was entirely too bright at night and it shone through the crack under the door, which made it hard to settle in for sleep.

W pierwsza noc ulokowano nas w pokoju z oknem na korytarz. Po reklamacji przeniesiono nas do normalnego pokoju jednak okna wychodziły na trwającą budowę obok. Nie byliśmy uprzedzeni o trwajacej budowie, hałasie i utrudnieniach w wypoczynku. Nie bylo rowniez zadnej rekompensaty ze strony hotelu. Po ukonczeniu budowy obok nie bedzie juz widoku na Registan a my poogladalismy rusztowania i wylewanie betonu. Przykro!
