Great location, great staff and facilities.
Pros:

A lot of space in our room, comfy bed, good facilities. The staff were very lovely, and they were able to keep our bag for us before we checked in, which was very helpful. The hotel is in a great location and has great transport links nearby. Overall, very happy.

Poteva andare meglio
Pros:

Premetto che non lascio un voto più basso perché il prezzo è tra i più concorrenziali della zona, la stanza è enorme e un letto così in Giappone non lo trovate. Vicinanza con metro e Sensoji. Il personale è cortese. Bagno enorme!

Cons:

La puzza nella stanza è nauseante. Forse ci hanno dato la stanza fumatori, forse semplicemente la moquette non è mai una buona idea. Finestre difficili da aprire, vista su scala antincendio.

Great location. Huge room. Good value. Nice old couple at reception. Ignore the old bad reviews, had a good stay.

Pros:

Location was great with a lot of shopping and food options nearby. Room was bigger than most we've stayed in Japan. Microwave in the room was a huge help as we ate a lot of convenience store food. Toilet and shower were separate which was also good. Despite getting a smoking room, they were responsive in providing us a room with minimal smoke smell. We only smelled it in the toilet. Our room had a balcony (initially seemed like a closet door) but we didn't check out if there was a view as we spent most of the time outdoors.

Cons:

There were no scheduled cleaning so had to request it so that our trash will be cleared. Not really a deal-breaker as the front desk staff were always courteous and accomodating.

Best value for money in Tokyo
Pros:

Everything, the location was sublime, the staff was so nice and kind, and they were happy to clean our room when requested. The room was insane value for money, very big, and very cute interior design. すごくかわいいスタイル!
It is right in the middle of Asakusa, close to several stations, and many options for both shopping and dining. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Tokyo.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was 完璧!
My partner and I are both tall (+185cm), and he bumped his head a couple of times, but this is normal in Japan as a tall foreign.
