Our stay was comfortable, our room was very hot and we had to leave a window open and could hear the extractor fan from
Pros:

Location is great and the history behind the building is interesting. Staff are very friendly.

Cons:

An old building which is not a problem however the windows could do with a clean - likewise the glass around the outside terrace of the bar too. The balcony was a lovely space however once again this could be cleaned and possible freshened up - it was like sitting on a roof overlooking a dirty glass lantern - I know with so many seagulls and Pigeons this may be a hard ask however it looked as if nothing had been cleaned for months! Disappointing.

Great location
Pros:

Great location ! The staff did there absolute best. Friendly and efficient but I think they were severely understaffed. Disappointed to find no one on reception from 5pm onwards, again the other staff had to try and compensate whist doing their other jobs.

Cons:

Lack of staff...but the ones there did their best.
