Cons:

La chsmbre: nous avons choisi la chambre privilège plus chère pour avoir une grande chambre,, malgré cela le lit petit et inconfortable était sur un côté quasiment collé au mur.
La chambre est sans déco et terne, tout est marron de la moquette au canapé et aux rideaux, les murs et plafonds sont en crépi et le mobilier en bois de 1er prix.
Tres mal éclairée, sombre, et pas de lumière côté canapé (impossible de lire). .
Très mal insonorisee côté couloir et par rapport à l'étage du dessus.
La salle de bain : accès à la baignoire très difficile car trop haute, et serviettes de bain minuscules..
Pas digne d'un Mercure 4* au prix facturé.

Pros:

It was in a good location & staff were very helpful Good breakfast choice.

Cons:

Very limited parking, u have to book otherwise it’s a car park a few metres away from the hotel. Nothing wrong with the quality of the dinner but not much choice.

The town is quite and that is even on a Saturday night !!
Pros:

It’s not hotel you want to stay at , it’s just somewhere on route , the restaurant is surprisingly good , and we had a decent meal

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty and not clean , the shower was horrible and could not use it ! The hotel gave us a 20euro discount, but I would have rather had a clean shower I could use !

Super emplacement
Pros:

Situé en plein centre , chambre tres propre , literie tres confortable , personnel tres aimable

Cons:

Dans la chambre il y avait une grande salle de bain , il faudrait mettre un grand seche serviette .c est dommage tout est propre sauf les vitres des fenetres

Very disappointed. No consideration was given to our needs.
Pros:

Not a lot

Cons:

We did not like the bar not being available, It was mostly closed during our visit and never open after 11pm. The hotel would have received at least a £1000 in bar sales had the staff bothered to open it. Also one of our group had no bed sheets on his bed on the first night. Our driver was told accommodation had not been booked, and had to book in to another hotel, when in fact his room had been booked for the 3 nights. Our trip was lessened due to these failings.
