When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the shuttle bus to the beach is available from May to September only. For the rest of the season this transfer goes to Torremolinos centre. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of 30€ per day. Definitely coming back!
Pros:

The staff, especially Ingrid, were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was lovely, our room was very big with a huge balcony. The pool area was lovely and we were able to sit away from the noise by sitting just outside the pool area.

Cons:

The food was OK. Usual standard for all inclusive but as usual, not hot enough. It was tasty though.
The life guard took great pleasure in destroying any inflatables left unattended before the end of the day. One family came to collect theirs after lunch but he had already destroyed them. The children were so upset.

Pros:

Nos encantó el trato del personal y la habitación super amplia y luminosa. El hotel hacia montones de actividades!

Cons:

No me gustó que esta un poco apartado, aunque facilitan autobuses gratis y eso ayuda. Lo que tampoco fue de nuestro agrado fue el desayuno. Muy enfocado al desayuno inglés y cosas de muy muy mala calidad. Zumos y cafés aguados.

Relax y confort
Pros:

Tener la cerveza y refrescosl ncluidos en el precio de la pensión completa, hotel cómodo y agrado del personal, relación calidad precio excelente.

Cons:

El único inconveniente es estar lejos de la playa que lo compensan con autobús gratuito

Gutes Essen. Zentral gelegen.
Pros:

All inclusive war gut und einfallsreich. Die Lage ist gut. Hervorzuheben ist der Shuttlebus in die Stadt und zum Strand.

Cons:

Frühstückskaffee extrem schlecht.

Cons:

Pagamos por una habitación de 4 camas y aunque fuimos solo 3 personas solo habían 2 buenos colchones.
La cama adicional tenía un colchón duro y una almohada delgada, ambos incómodos.
Tampoco deben cobrar por parqueadero.

Er mange positive ting med dette hotellet. Men vi var skuffet over maten.
Pros:

Fint, stort rom og bad. God plass. Stor terrasse tilhørende rommet. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Gratis buss for gjester til sentrum og stranden i Torremolinos, og tilbake til hotellet. Flere ganger om dagen.

Cons:

Maten var generelt sett dårlig. Vi likte ingen av måltidene. Desserten var også dårlig.

Når vi ba om å få nytt sengetøy, som vi ba om to ganger i løpet av en uke, var det tydelige flekker og ikke rent sengetøy på sengen. Av nye håndklær var det noen med stygge flekker på seg. Var også to ganger det ikke ble lagt igjen toalettpapir, når vi var gått tom.

Pros:

Buen espacio en las habitaciones. El personal de 10. Las comidas de 10. Mucho espacio de césped y buen tamaño de piscinas. Muchos horarios de autobuses para bajar a playa y gratuito.Para los niños: mucho entrenamiento de juegos y actualizaciones para que se diviertan. Muy buena cortesía dentro de las habitaciones

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó es que para coger los ascensores siempre tenías que bajar a la planta menos uno, para subir a la planta nuestra.
