Pros:

Excelente localização há poucos metros do metrô, muitas opções de restaurantes e pubs. Mercados e farmácias nas proximidades. Funcionários cordiais, tudo muito limpo e confortável. Fotos condizem com a realidade. Ótima opção para família com filhos. Indicamos fortemente.

Cons:

Único ponto a melhorar seria a persiana do quarto com camas de solteiro, mesmo fechada a claridade pela manhã é bem ruim.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Good sized lounge with pleasant view at the back of the property. Quiet. Fab location next to many eateries and nice hotels. 3 mins walk to Earl’s Court tube. 8 mins walk to glosser road tube.

Cons:

Could feel mattress springs. Ceiling Fan in bedroom made a little noise constantly throughout the night.
No dressing table or simple points such as a box of tissues, no hand wash in kitchen. Bedroom area was a bit squashed. Slippers and dressing robe would have been good. Bathroom also squashed.

Lovely Stay in South Kensington
Pros:

Lovely location in the heart of South Kensington with great access to sights - but a little out of the tourist crush. Rooms clean and comfortable with good showers, well equipped kitchenette and quality bed linen.

Cons:

We didn’t realize that the two bedroom apartments did not have AC unlike the three bedrooms. Portable unit cooled the living room but bedrooms were hot and stuffy.

Good place we go to regularly, mixed feeling this time
Pros:

Mixed feeling this time : we very much appreciate this place , we've been going there regularly for over a decade, location is very practical for us, we appreciate the environment, the staff usually very kind, rooms and well equipped, spacious most of the time and it makes the stay very flexible vs a hotel.

Cons:

This time, a pretty bad suprise in one of the bedrooms obvioulsy not having been cleaned (bathroom and beds with hairs that we had to clean of course when discovering at night; when we shared with the staff the next day, they sent a cleaner exceptionnally due to WE, and mentioned "one" hair as of we made a fuss for only that. In reality, there were plenty and even after the cleaner came, it was stilll not neat. I was also surprised to get a call from reception at midnight for so called noise (running, slamming doors) when everyone was sleeping in my family except me working silently on teh computer.Quite unsual to call people at this time of the night and not check properly the issue. Makes the stay a bit less cool and smooth than all these previous times.

Pros:

Friendly, welcoming staff who did their best to accommodate an earlier check-in. The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had a large open terrace and it was very peaceful and quiet. We loved the area and would definitely stay there again. A special thank you goes out to Taras for all his assistance!
