كانت في البيسمنت ولم يوضح ذالك وخرجت منها بالليله نفسها ولكن لم يتم استرداد اي اموال ولا يوجد اي خدمه لنقلي الى غرفه اخرى لانه لا يوجد اي شبكه واريد جوالي للمكالامات ولم يتم حل الموضوع

Cons:

We got an underground unit! Had we known about it, we would have booked at other places! The ads is misleading with only vague reference that rooms are assigned upon checkin! So you may end up paying a premium price for an underground unit with limited sunlight! 2)Our wash machine is not working properly and leaks water. Despite being replaced during our stay, the water leaking problem persists.3) lack of sound proofing. you can hear people walking in the floor above.

Lovely quaint room, very clean, neat and tidy.
Great location in South Kensington, walk from station.
London was in the middle of heat wave, apartment very warm but we were provided with a portable air conditioner.

Pros:

Location great, staff very welcoming and friendly, very helpful, super quick response times, clean, quiet. Large basement apartment.

Cons:

Bed not as comfortable due to seam in middle.
No lift to basement floor - only a problem because we had heavy bags but they did it all for us anyway

Un lugar perfecto en Londres
Pros:

La ubicación era excelente, muy cerca de todo, metro, comercio, etc. La decoración del apto era muy linda, todo muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Nos encantó.

Confortable stay in London with lots of room, convenient appliances,and friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed at Collingham Serviced Apartments for a four night visit to London as part of a two week visit in the UK. We loved the spacious apartment within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and the Tube. We especially liked the kitchen with laundry. Nice touches such as a clothing drying rack and kitchen sink with dish drying rack was so helpful to allow us to eat healthy and pack light while traveling. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was helpful to stay cool in hot weather. The caring front desk staff and housekeeping staff were always pleasant and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartments have comfortable beds and chairs, with good linens and soft towels. We highly recommend this lodging for comfort and convenience while in London.

A comfortable and welcoming space.
Pros:

The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and looked after us well. The location is great. In a quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes walk from two tube stations, amenities and good places to eat. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were there during a heatwave and a portable air conditioner was provided in the living room. Keeping the bedroom door open helped to cool the bedroom.

Cons:

Very minor points - the bathrooms would benefit from having towel rails. The kitchen could also have some basics like seasonings, oil, small amount of detergent. The sofas are a little weary and saggy.
