Cucarachas
Pros:

Era muy céntrico, tan solo que no daba mucha confianza el barrio

Cons:

La habitación estaba limpia, pero parecía que era una reforma de un piso viejo y hecho con prisas (vimos obreros terminando de hacer la entrada hacia la habitación. El peor problema era el tema de las cucarachas. Reservamos la habitación para 5 días, y la primera noche nos topamos con una cucaracha grande en la cara mientras dormíamos, la matamos y creíamos que era el final del problema. Otros días encontramos crías de cucarachas, por lo que tenía pinta de infestacion, pero no veíamos de donde, por lo que estuvimos tapando las posibles salidas. En la última noche (y debido a que estábamos con sueño ligero debido a la situación), nos volvimos a despertar con ruidos que venían del aire acondicionado. Era otra cucaracha, y parecía que había entrado por el techo de la habitación.

a polite manager

Cons:

I personally don't recommend. The manager was polite, but the room itself had a very strange smell and was really mouldy. Not only the bathroom, which is not that bad, but also in the bedroom. If you are not an allergic person, it can be fine I guess. I have an allergy (isn't a mould allergy) and after 2-3 hours in the room I noticed that I can't breathe normally. Inhaling mould isn't good for your health anyway. I think there was also mouldy under the walls, they just painted it over. I had to switch hotels after one night here and didn't receive the money back.

Cons:

-kein TV
- es gibt ein Haupthaus, dessen Zimmer auf Booking zu sehen sind und ein Nebenhaus, welches schlechter ausschaut
- Zimmer passen nicht mit Booking-Bilder überein (Standard Inventar war aber da)
- Rezeption verläuft über Whatsapp (kann mal gut, mal weniger gut klappen)
- kann das Hotel nichts für, aber sehr muffige/dreckige Straßenumgebung
- recht teuer, da man für den Preis die Zimmer auf Bookings-Bildern erwartet hat (daher auch niedrigere Bewertung)

Struttura carina,ma cara
Pros:

La posizione è buona,il deposito bagagli è buono,la camera era pulita

Cons:

Non c'è una TV,non c'è un armadio, per un check-in o un check-out anticipato o posticipato di massimo due ore (e ripeto due ore) vogliono 20 euro... Struttura per rapporto qualità/prezzo cara.

Perfecta ubicación y tranquilidad
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de preciosos miradores y zonas de interés. Barrio con mucho ambiente alternativo en el corazón de Lisboa. Además es una calle tranquila sin tráfico lo que te permite muy bien dormir.

We would not stay there again.
Cons:

Very small, nothing in the room, bathroom dangerous as very tight and shower by door to bedroom, building smelled musty. Expensive for standard of accommodation.

The pictures were misleading.
Pros:

The host was super nice and kept a great communication. The place was close to a metro (train) station.

Cons:

The pictures on the website are not what the apartment looks like. It shows the apartment more luxurious than it actually is.
The bathroom was way too small, I couldn't comfortably brush my teeth. The second day the apartment had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, I believe it was the sewer system.
