We loved the Hotel Poem. It came highly recommended and certainly did not disappoint.
Pros:

We loved everything about Hotel Poem. The staff always went above and beyond the call of duty to help out with directions, questions, taxi help. The location was perfect. We were very close to the main sights and restaurants in Istanbul but in a quiet street with no noise. The rooms were very comfortable and we even had a balcony to overlook the water. The breakfasts at Hotel Poem were amazing. Plenty of variety and wonderful.

I can't think of a single thing.

Отличный маленький отель с просторными комнатами и вкусным завтраком в историческом центре Стамбула
Pros:

Отличный маленький отель, вкусные завтраки, относительно просторные номера. В шаговой доступности основные достопримечательности Стамбула. Отлично подходит для первой поездки в Стамбул. Лучше просить номер повыше, с видом на море.
Рядом много ресторанов и кафе.

Обратите внимание, что на узких улочках в историческом центре бывают пробки, но можно немного пройти до набережной, если опаздываете.

The staff, they were amazing. Everyone from the front desk to kitchen staff. They were all friendly, helpful and treated us like family. They genuinely made us feel at home. The breakfast was incredible every day.

Very good stay in Istambul
Pros:

The hotel is well located, at walking distance from the main square where Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque are. Bedrooms are comfortable, with a nice bathroom and enough space. Staff is very nice and the best part is breakfast, a relaxing environment where people serve you turkish delights as well as day to day bread and coffee.

Cons:

Bed could be a bit harder, but all in all, it was a very good stay.

The breakfast - just amazing. Every hotel I stayed in Turkey has a pretty good breakfast but Hotel Poem is definitely the BEST. It's so good that I skipped lunch every day... Also the location is wonderful for travellers, very the center of the old city area, under 5 mins walk to Hagia Sofia and a bunch of other famous spots. The staff are friendly and helpful and offer hotel pickup service. Room decoration is cute. Recommend.
