Great location, lovely staff, perfect for a short trip
Pros:

The property is in the perfect location, within walking distance of the blue mosque. There are some good restaurants around like Queb but would avoid the others.

The staff are so incredibly lovely. They are so nice and greet you at breakfast and help you with anything you’d like.
The breakfast is lovely and includes a nice spread with a new variety of baked or fried item each day.
Eren was the loveliest and kindest receptionist, always a pleasure to have conversations with him and very helpful.

Cons:

Although our room was tidied each day I do think the cleaning should have been better. The floors of our bathroom were not cleaned throughout our stay. So a lot of hair and mess had collected on the floor.

Una maravilla de alojamiento
Pros:

Viajé a Estambul con mi hermana para pasar unos días descubriendo la ciudad, y la verdad es que el hotel fue un completo acierto.
La ubicación no puede estar mejor, literalmente a cinco minutos andando de la plaza que conecta la Mezquita Azul con Santa Sofía.
El hotel en sí cumple con todo lo que prometía: habitaciones cómodas (cama confortable y de buenas dimensiones, baño completo con artículos de aseo incluidos, buena conexión a internet, aire acondicionado); un desayuno espectacular (casi rozando el exceso, era imposible acabarse todo el despliegue de comida); y lo mejor de todo, un equipo extremadamente amable y preocupado por dar el mejor servicio (especial mención a Ercan por gestionar migrañas intempestivas y a Eren por asegurarnos un traslado tranquilo aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto; el equipo desayunos fue igualmente encantador, y otro tanto el equipo de limpieza).

Cons:

Por decir algo, pero esto dependerá de las manías de cada una, un poco menos de ambientador en las zonas comunes dejaría las zonas oliendo igual de bien pero menos cargadas. Y la señal de TV no es la más constante (contexto: final del mundial, España-Argentina, tuvimos que terminar viendo el partido por teléfono). Pero son dos detalles que en absoluto le quitan valor al Hotel Poem. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

Fantastic place to stay close to everything
Pros:

Breakfast was brilliant and we were offered it on arrival whilst waiting for our room. Eren and other staff provided wonderful service. The manager spent time on our arrival to tell us about the main sights, attractions, areas and pitfalls.

Cons:

A queen bed or ideally king bed would have been far superior.

Unglaublich tolles vielfältiges, leckeres Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es gab ca. 10 verschiedene Schälchen mit hausgemachten Dips, Salaten, Marmeladen, dazu ein Ei nach Wunsch, eine Käseplatte, frisch gepressten Orangensaft - Erwartungen übertroffen!! Serviert auf einer schattigen, ruhigen Terrasse von sympatischen Personal!

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in Sultanahmet, und trotzdem sehr ruhig am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse. Ich hatte das Zimmer ganz oben mit der tollen Terrasse und dem wundervollen Ausblick auf den Bosporus. Ich konnte mich gar nicht satt sehen. Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück ein Traum mit den vielen Köstlichkeiten in kleinen Schälchen und dem täglich wechselnden typisch traditionellen Gebäck. Rundum ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Aber ich möchte gar nicht zu viel Werbung machen, aus Angst, niemals mehr das Zimmer im obersten Stock buchen zu können, weil es nur noch ausgebucht sein wird. ...😉

Wir empfehlen das Hotel definitiv weiter und würden es auch wieder wählen.
Pros:

Super Hotel, zentraler geht es nicht, alle Hauptattraktionen fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, alles sauber und ein ganz tolles türkisches Frühstück..
