Soggiornato 3 notti a settembre purtroppo esperienza pessima da dimenticare. Siamo arrivati e la stanza era vecchia molte cose rotte e piene di polvere, asciugamani macchiati. La seconda giornata ci siamo accorti di una cimice da letto (allego foto) così abbiamo scoperto le lenzuola e trovato sulle pieghe del materasso le mute delle cimici dei letti, uova, escrementi oltre che materassi molto sporchi e macchiati con briciole anche di cibo e altro. Contattato il personale hotel che ci ha cambiato stanza, nella seconda stanza peggio della prima trovate le stesse cose. Abbiamo contattato Booking che per farci ottere rimborso doveva contattare la struttura ma il capo della struttura non essendo presente in loco non ha risposto né telefonicamente né per mail a Booking. Siamo dovuti rimanere quindi li e stiamo ancora aspettando un rimborso per il disagio. Non sempre c’è la possibilità di prendere e cambiare hotel e quindi abbiamo dormito mettendo dei sacchi di plastica sul letto per coprirlo ed evitare contatto. Tornati a casa abbiamo dovuto far disinfestare tutto comprese le valigie, spesa non indifferente. Inoltre il cameriere che abbiamo trovato due mattine su tre é stato molto scortese.

Localização próxima a praça do comércio, durante o dia da para ir a pé. No quarto, lençóis novos, limpos...

Cons:

Na booking põe que tem serviço de transfer, mas no hotel fala que não, deveriam excluir do site.
