La ubicacion cerca del metro y en el centro de la ciudad

Cons:

No estaba muy limpio. El personal, un poco pasota con las dudas. Tardaron 2 dias en responderme sobre el parking, y cuando respondieron el coche ya estaba ahí desde hacia una noche. No dan nada en la habitacion, champú, papel higienico (solo servilletas), nada de agua, o cafe o té en la habitacion. El desayuno, muy normal.

MOULDY & DIRTY - AVOID

DO NOT STAY HERE
This place is disgusting.
We stayed for just one night of the three that we had booked for, only because we arrived so late and were tired from the journey.
We walked into the room and were first hit by the stench.
Mould on the headboard, on the wallpaper behind the bed, everywhere in the bathroom. Stained lampshades. Coffee cups marked. See pictures.
This shouldn't even be a 1 star, and to be honest should be taken off of booking.com's website.
We have had so many wonderful holidays courtesy of booking.com but they are letting themselves down by allowing this dump to advertise themselves.
We applied for a refund for the two nights that we didn't stay and got no response, despite multiple attempts - booking.com were equally unhelpful here. I expect better.
Lisbon is a fantastic city, but at all costs AVOID THIS PLACE.

Probleme d'insonorisation. Mes enfants ont entendu les cris d'une femme lors des rapports sexuels dans la chambre vousine. Faible luminosité. Mini bar ne refroidit pas bien. Coffre fort bloqué. .

Staff simpática mas com protocolos que poderiam ser melhores

Quarto espaçoso, casa de banho grande, água quente como deve ser, banheira muito boa, quarto limpo e sem detalhes a pontuar

Cons:

Enquanto eu estava dentro do quarto as senhoras da limpeza entraram no quarto sem aviso prévio, detalhe que a porta só abre com cartão magnético, perguntaram sobre se eu queria limpeza, eu estava só com a roupa de baixo e foi uma situação bem desagradável, poderia ser pior

Les équipements sont vieillaux. Salle de bains a besoin de travaux.
Accueil part une employée qui ne comprenais pas le portugais 🤨
Chambre sans papier toilette. Signalé à 23h. Appel de la réception dans la chambre à 1h30 du matin pour demander s'il pouvait venir remettre du papier WC. Il vient 30 minutes plus tard avec quelques feuilles de papier.( Voir photo).
Attestation au parking, frais supplémentaires et très peu de place pour les véhicules longs, break, c'est compliqué.
