The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Whenever we had a problem with the room, they assisted us quickly. The cleanliness was also decent overall.

Cons:

The main downside was the plumbing system. There was quite a lot of water noise coming into the room, especially at night, which could be disturbing. The flushing system was also not very strong, which was a bit uncomfortable during the stay.

Fantastic location. Fabulous staff.
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to everything you need - buses, metro, shops, and restaurants. The staff were simply amazing (all of them). Nothing was too much trouble. Always with a ready smile.

Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent stay in a perfect location. The hotel is situated close to La Rambla/Gothic Quarter and also the beach making it very convenient for exploring the city. The street itself is elegant and pleasant, with a great atmosphere.

The hotel has a quiet and refined ambience, which made the stay relaxing. A special mention to the reception staff who were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit
