Öncelikle çok merkezi bir otel, farklı metro istasyonlarına yakın, bu nedenle şehir içinde ulaşım çok kolay oldu. Tertemiz bir otel, istisnasız hergün oda temizliği yapıldı. Kahvaltısı ideal.
La ubicación, cerca de todo. Habitación amplia una bacha con espejos en la parte del vrstidor a parte del baño completo.

Lokalita byla centrum, hlučné, ale okna těsnila, dobrá dostupnost MHD a chůze.
Permanentně protékala v trubkách voda, po spláchnutí WC se muselo čekat cca 10 min na druhé spláchnutí, nábytek byl velmi použitý, poslední noc nesvítila hlavní světla v pokoji. Úklid byl ledabylý, postel ustlaná, ale župany poházené, drobné oblečení pohozené do rohu (kdyby alespoň zůstalo kde bylo). Nebyl set na odlíčení a nedoplnilo se nic z vybavení do koupelny. Žiletka zrezla do druhého dne. Sice starý nádherný dům, ale naprosto necitlivě rekonstruovaný, schodiště vede do zdi, okna jsou vyšší než sádrokartonový strop, uvnitř prostory chodeb a pokoje vypadají jako v obyčejném 2* hotelu.
Excelente ubicación si vas por turismo. A solo minutos de lugares importantes como catedral, ciudad gótica, todo el casco antiguo. En calle principal gran vía, cerca de restaurantes iconicos. Y paseos como Rambla. Caminable a sagrada familia, tramo más largo pero lo realizamos sin problemas. Para estancia de 3 días no fue necesario movilizarse en transporte público ni taxi. Cafe de cápsulas libre todo el Día en recepción. Me parece que en clasificación de estrellas, es ma a bien 3 estrellas.
Falta modernizar instalación en habitaciones, sin embargo tamaño más que adecuado, buen espacio. Aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso, habitaciones un poco oscura.
