Room was clean and breakfast was fine
We asked if we can get a room on the first floor because one of the family members has mobility disability and cannot use the staircase. The guy at the desk told us all the rooms on the first floor were booked and we needed to upgrade the room at an extra $30/day rate. We only stayed for one day and we were literally one of the only two cars in the parking lot, so he was very obviously lying. Also the smart door lock was broken so we had to get in from another door.

At check in, requested room with no stairs, (requested 7months ago) not available. Another room was allocated but that had obviously been slept in. Finally allocated a pool view room which was much appreciated. No criticism of the staff member at reception, quite the opposite. He resolved all of our problems with a helpful and apologetic manner.
Le rapport qualité prix (petit-déjeuner inclus) et les équipements proposés (piscine à l'extérieur et court de tennis). De nombreux magasins d'alimentation/restaurants/fast foods à proximité. Le personnel est très aimable.
Un peu loin du centre-ville de Gananoque (20 à 25 min à pieds) si on a pas de voiture. Les équipements dans la chambre sont vieillissants et auraient besoin de rénovation (comme la douche).

I rated everything great as the room was clean but may need a bit of updating but price was great and breakfast was good, it was the first time for the staff member doing breakfast so he was a bit uncomfortable it seemed doing everything. But we were most happy with the fact the we were able to charge our electric car for free . you might want to have more that one charger on site.

The room was an upgrade from what we booked because we were told the AC was a problem in that room.
Lack of front desk staff. We had to wait on check in, they had a sign that they were out helping other guests at 2:50p.m.
On check out we had to wait for the manager and there was no one maning the front desk.
Make sure to PreCheck the room before continuing with the check-in as we didn't get a chance. .. The washrooms were not clean and the room was dusty.
Breakfast was a mess and all guests were fighting over for food being insufficient. The breakfast room was not at all hygienic and was smelling.
The staff must have been prepared in advance for the long weekend with the number of bookings received and must have maintained more staff.

They don't have cable anymore so expect to watch couple series only with the same season going on and on

Room was a great price. Clean and quiet. Very smooth and friendly check in and out. We requested extra towels and they were in the room. It was noted upon arrival if I needed more just to reach out. Very accommodating.
We will return.
