Water pressure was good

Cons:

Room was smelling and feeling really demp... it was not enjoyable at all! Nothing was able to dry even with the heat on and the window open.

Terrible Management and practices

We arrived at the hotel to check in, only to be told that our reserved room had supposedly flooded and was no longer available. The hotel offered us an alternative room, but it did not meet our needs or match what we had booked and paid for.

Four days later, I am still fighting to get my money refunded for a situation that was entirely beyond my control. The hotel was unable to honour our reservation, yet somehow I’m the one being penalized financially.

I understand that unexpected things happen, and flooding is certainly unfortunate. However, that is a business issue, not the customer's responsibility. The hotel should be dealing with its insurance company for any lost revenue resulting from the flood, not expecting paying customers to absorb the financial consequences.

Bottom line: We did not cancel our reservation. The hotel could not provide what we booked. A full refund should have been automatic, not something I have to spend days fighting for.

Extremely disappointing customer service and an unacceptable way to handle a situation that was no fault of the guest.
