Very homely and comfortable stay~
Pros:

I had initially expected the location to be in the middle of nowhere but it was a very nice and comfortable walk to the train station, convenience stores, a nice homely bar, and restaurants! The couple who owns the place is absolutely adorable and hospitable. Spotless is the word I would use for the rooms, common areas, and even the garden! We felt incredibly taken care of!

Warm, elegant and friendly house outside the City
Pros:

Very elegant and spacious home. The single bedroom was quite large with windows overlooking the street

Cons:

There is no marker outside to indicate this is a Bed and Breakfast so approaching the front door feels like coming up to a private home.

My bedroom. Owners are very friendly and helpful on all aspects.

Cons:

No breakfast. No heating in shared bathroom. No flyers or documents of places to visit. No tea or coffee service inside bathroom

Lovely house great value
Pros:

The house was lovely. Big clean and comfy rooms and welcoming host.

Cons:

Not a dislike, but a couple of glasses in the rooms would be good so we could get a glass of water at night to take tablets etc. But thats just a recommendation not a criticism.

Truly invigorating I was sad to be going home!
Pros:

It was a fantastic place to stay a real feeling of home, wonderful people an amazing restful nights sleep great facilities all the local amenities close by and a pure gym ten minutes away just perfect ten out of ten

Very clean but
Pros:

Clean, ease of access and clean

Cons:

My room was accessed by host after I have already checked in and moved in personal possession, host claimed he was only checking on the heating. And the heating stayed off the whole night. Host claimed it is temp sensitive and it was on from 7 to 10am which was not true. To be fair they had an electric blanket.
