glad we only stayed one night
Pros:

The breakfast was OK, but not on par with other Hilton locations

Cons:

Loud music in the lobby, depleted body wash in the shower, shower door leaked onto floor, reception personal barely friendly, room was fairly spartan (few places to hang clothes, only one chair, there was even a sign that more storage space is under the bed, but there wasn't even that - you can't access the space under the bed), hallway smelled moldy

Disappointed value stay.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Windows super thin, couldn’t sleep for freeway traffic. Mattresses not comfortable. Pool reeked of chlorine. Breakfast cheap, processed foods.

I wouldn’t say it was bad stay, just uneasy feeling. Just be careful especially if you have children
Pros:

The breakfast was good, better than most hotels. The staff was very friendly. My boys liked the swimming pool and pool play area.

Cons:

The location and many, many people around. I was uneasy at first because of a lot of people coming in and out. Also, the towels had stains. The walls were very thin. Idk I just had an uneasy feeling, but nothing bad happened. I wouldn’t stay again. Plus it’s Too expensive and the value don’t match all the things I don’t like.

An inviting place for rest. Pleasant staff and clean.
Pros:

The hotel location was good as it was easily accessible to get both off and back onto the highway, and it was away from noise and crowds.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room smelled good and was exceptionally clean. Liked the bathroom amenities.
The beds were very comfortable.
The hot breakfast did not disappoint.
There were a couple of nice restaurants nearby--the Crackle Barrel meatloaf and fried chicken were tasty. Also had a good wine with the meal.

We will stay again but bring our own pillows for sure

It was same as every other hotel

Cons:

Pillows were horrible. We stayed at Oxford, MS for 2 nights then came to West Memphis, AR and stayed with y’all for 1 night and both places the pillows sucked. Oxford was cleaner than the West Memphis facility. There were toe nails in the floor in the bath room, no trash liners in the trash cans in the West Memphis facility.
