Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal.
Die Lage ist sehr ungünstig wenn man kein Auto hat. Mit offenen Fenstern war es sehr laut, da das Hotel an einer Hauptstrasse liegt.

breakfast was fine, which is same on every day.
The AC unit in my room fell down while I was sleeping. On another occasion, I went out for dinner, and when I returned, my key card was not working.
The reception staff replaced my key card two or three times, but it still did not work. Having to repeatedly go to reception and then return to my room to check whether the key card was working was extremely frustrating.
Even after all these attempts, none of the key cards worked, including the master key. The staff told me that resetting the keys would take five minutes, but in reality, it took almost an hour.
Coming back late at night after dinner, only to be unable to enter my room and get some much-needed rest, was a very unpleasant experience. To make matters worse, when I asked if I could be moved to another room, my request was denied.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and the lack of a timely solution and flexibility from the staff made it even worse.
The following morning, I checked out at 6:30 AM. I was so concerned about the key card issue that I was afraid to go for breakfast and return to collect my bags, as I worried that my key card might stop working again. Unfortunately, my concern turned out to be justified. After collecting my belongings and closing the room, I checked whether my key card was working, and it was not. This confirmed that I had been right to be concerned about the situation.
