This hotel served its purpose. We slept there, woke up and headed to airport.
Pros:

No restaurant facilities were available. The main thing for us is that it was close to airport.

Cons:

The place was not very clean. Stains on the carpeting. Dust everywhere. The place was outdated and run down. No elevators for luggage. It was hard to locate the hotel from the street. GPS takes you to main entrance that is shut down. You have to enter from the back.

It was everything I needed it to be for my overnight stay.
Pros:

Very clean, staff was amazing, close to the airport, quiet. There was no remote in our room and the person on duty was quick to find us one that worked.

Cons:

The entrance is in the back of the building.

We had a 4 day stay, the staff was amazing, the rooms were clean, the surroundings were clean.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, however they ran out of eggs on our 2nd day there. They were waiting on truck delivery. . The food was a great selection. Coffee ,tea, and defuse water was great. Staff was courteous. Place was clean. Need better chairs and table for outside guests. The CAST IRON chairs were to heavy pulling out, and trying to sit in them would burn your skin. I suggest better set up with comfort chairs that don't burn your skin while trying to relax.

Cons:

I highly suggest getting rid of the cast iron table and chairs and put in more comfortable and less heavy and hot when sitting on it furniture for outdoors. The chairs were like sitting on a hot iron plate.

A very nice stay with nice breakfast in the mornings.
Pros:

Location was fine. Understand the construction out front makes entry and exit a little difficult.

Cons:

Refrigerator made noise on and off throughout the night. Understand it was a weekend and hotel was at capacity, so nothing could be done.

It was okay. I would not stay there again. Especially after a 7 hour drive.
Pros:

Left before eating breakfast. We at at a diner in Latham.

Cons:

Wasn't happy that I was not able to get a room on the first floor. The desk clerk said I should have requested it when I made the reservation. I made the reservation on line and did not see anything about first floor rooms or handicap accessible.

Room nice ,pool looked nice(didn’t get to use tho) it would have been an excellent stay if restaurant was ther too .
Pros:

Room was clean .bathroom was updated, nice.

Cons:

I booked because the sites I used said it had a restaurant. It did not. There was a restaurant at one time as per desk clerks.

Pros:

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly with a feeling of a bed and breakfast but the upgrades of a chain. Breakfast is all cooked and buffet style with a lot of choices. Linda from the kitchen has great guest service. I couldn’t understand how they weren’t charging more but I’m glad they didn’t! Such a hidden charm! If we are ever back up here, this is where we will be staying!

Beautiful Hotel! Remember to request housekeeping.
Pros:

The front desk staff warmly welcomed us and were genuinely enthusiastic to assist. Our room was cozy, and the breakfast selections were simply fantastic!

Cons:

While there's no room service, such as housekeeping or fresh towels, it would be great if they offered that, given the cost and lovely amenities. I believe enhancing service could elevate the overall experience here!
