Pros:

I had a very unpleasant experience during breakfast. I ordered a vegetarian omelette, but I was served a ham omelette instead. Unfortunately, I only realized it contained meat after I had already eaten some of it. As a vegetarian, this was very upsetting and disappointing.

Our favorite hotel experience
Pros:

The front. Desk staff is absolutely amazing and made our whole trip easy with rhe shuttle service parking help everything they are so knowledgeable and kind! The best we have ever seen anywhere!

One of the best hotel experiences I've had at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice bar, good breakfast at a reasonable price, easy access to the airport with free shuttle every 30 minutes. Very nice facility with a work out room, laundry and a pool. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints.

Won't return.
Pros:

Room wa fine. Ongoing problems with billing. Stay and fly. Double charged $822, hidden parking fees. Three days after leaving still trying to resolve issues. Conflicts between hotel itself and Hilton Reservations. Hilton is off our stay list.
