Lady bring towels knocked then opened and walked in before we could even answer door. No apology, nothing to indicate she was aware she had intruded.
Room 22 had old bath tub, and needs better sound insulation for door as it right by the stairs.
Very comfy bed...very clean.
My room was on the second floor a bit uncomfortable if you have heavy luggage.

For a basic room, I was expecting to have a a kettle iron/ iron board
Love the lady's at the first desk they were very nice and welcoming and the cleaning staff as well also the guy who show us to our room and help with our bags everyone was welcoming and great.
Only thing I didn't like was breakfast wasn't included I went off of a recommended from a family member who had stay there before who told us that it was included but seem it had change now at the time of writing this. But should have checked a bit more to be sure

The grounds are open and spacious, well laid out. Warm and welcoming reception area. Friendly and helpful staff, got to give Jeffrey a special mention! Nice restaurant on site with delicious food and plenty of vegetarian/vegan options. The location is great, within walking distance to Doctor’s Cave beach (5 mins) and lots of other local amenities.

Die Anlage an sich ist schön und sehr zentral gelegen. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Essen im Restaurant lecker und relativ günstig, guter Service.
Unser Zimmer ging zur Straße (lieber Verkehr als überlaute Musik am Pool). Abrissbaustelle vor dem Fenster, wo bis nachts halb 3 gearbeitet wurde.
