The room was clean and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful really late at night.
The air conditioning was extremely loud, with a constant ticking/grating noise, and the nearby highway and clubs made the overall noise unbearable.
Worse, the promised airport transfer never arrived, leaving us stranded for over an hour. We had to withdraw cash and arrange a random taxi at 11 PM, which was extremely stressful and frightening. While the property apologised and offered complimentary breakfast, it’s simply unacceptable to leave guests stranded at night after promising transportation.

Some of the restaurant staff were very bad at their job
Everything was beyond what we expected, room was clean and comfortable even though the furniture is not what you would see in rooms at a resort and the restaurant food was excellent, overall, we are inspired to try them again in the future.
Parking can be a challenge at times, and the pool party can be bit loud after midnight. Property is not equipped for people with mobility issues.

Shower didn't work that well.
It was in a great location, close to the airport and also shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The food inside and outside of the hotel was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The room was exactly what we paid for. Would definitely book again.
