Great location. Walking distance to the beach and the main Montego Bay strip
I liked the air conditioning the bedroom and the pool it was clean

Close to the airport
Beds were hard. 2 people in room and they only gave 1towel and wash cloth.
Alles is heel schoon. De kamer, het zwembad, de tuin, het restaurant. Ook is alles netjes onderhouden. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was very convenient. My experience with the staff varied depending on who I spoke to, but the woman who checked me in was especially friendly, welcoming, and made a great first impression.
The room was spacious and the location was convenient, but unfortunately my overall experience was very disappointing.
The biggest issue was with the luggage concierge. As soon as he brought my bags to the room, he immediately asked, “So what have you got for me?” After I gave him a tip, he replied, “Is that all?” When I said I could simply take the tip back, he told me it wasn’t enough because one of my suitcases was heavy and insisted I should give him more. He then asked what I was planning to do that day and suggested I visit a nearby street because there were ATMs there, telling me to withdraw cash so I could give him a larger tip the next day. I was so taken aback that I didn’t know how to respond.
Later that day, while I was trying to rest, the same employee returned with a technician who spent around 15 minutes doing virtually nothing in my room. I eventually asked them to leave, and as they were leaving, they asked for another tip. Later, when I saw the luggage concierge again, he reminded me, “Don’t forget about my tip.”
To make matters worse, the woman who handled my check-out was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping.
Unfortunately, these repeated interactions with the staff overshadowed the positives of the hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Gute Lage, in der Nähe vom Flughafen, nahe Doctor‘s Cave Beach, kleine Shops in der Nähe, nettes Außengelände mit zwei Pools (haben wir nicht genutzt), es war sauber, für 1-2 Nächte zum Zwischenstopp ok
Das Personal war unfreundlich und man fühlte sich wenig willkommen, bis auf den Herren, der uns mit den Koffern geholfen hat. Das hat unseren ersten Tag auf Jamaica wirklich etwas getrübt. Insgesamt wirkte alles wenig einladend. Die Klimaanlage tropfte und trotz der Bemühungen des Herren funktionierte der TV nicht, WLAN auch eher dürftig. Die Balkontür schloss nicht richtig und einmal war sie auf als wir zurück kamen und wir hatten Insekten im Zimmer. Es war extrem hellhörig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier überhaupt nicht gegeben. Ich würde wenn ein Deluxe Zimmer buchen oder eine andere Unterkunft wählen.
I honestly liked everything about my stay here! The staff were lovely. Thanks to Tionne for helping us resolve our concern and arrange our shuttle, and the lovely restaurant staff! Jeffery (the doorman/luggage and check-in support man) was just absolutely lovely! Such a kind and welcoming face and conversation each time we saw him. The shuttle driver gave us such a warm departure gratitude send off. Beautiful and convenient location. The pool that we accessed was lovely, but it’s also great that they have two.
The property was close to the airport
The staff was not very accommodating. Our door key didn’t work. We waited one hour to get help. The lights kept flickering out due to the rain. It was very loud. The food was not great.
