There was a huge basketball tournament in town so I think some of the issues we experienced were due to being absolutely

Loved the location, very easy to find free street parking. Felt very safe. Enjoyed the decor in the lobby. Staff was amazing!!

Cons:

Wanted to charge us $30 to check in 20 minutes early, (didn’t do it), not enough towels in the room, didn’t replenish the towels when we asked, our room included breakfast but we were only allowed to order one specific item (eggs and bacon), they rectified that once I complained.

This is the first time for my family to visit Phoenix and we had a bad experience in our first night.

There is no AC in our room, the central AC was out of order and the portable one only worked at the beginning. The temperature is 100F on that day. The staff at the check in counter refused to switch the room to us and her attitude was bad.
