Pros:

Staff was pleasant and it was quiet

Cons:

The ceilings weren't very likeable the decor could have been better , Parking on the street with no hotel lot Wawa a disappointment. Fair stay

The front women deserve a nice bunch of flowers which they should be given on an ongoing basis, and

I expected a complimentary snacky breakfast, but the dish I had poached eggs in tomato stew was excellent

Cons:

The cupboard that housed the mini fridge was compeltely unnecessary and was difficult to open as the hanging closet, both seemed rather chincy

Great room, great price.
Pros:

I loved the vibes and the kindness of the whole staff. Bed in the room was super comfortable and it was nice especially for the price and location.

Cons:

I would’ve liked to know before booking about the parking situation. Also, the room did not have a microwave which made reheating food hard. Coffee from the palette restaurant was horrible.

Pros:

Your night staff and your day staff were very knowledgeable with information.The valet parking staff was really great.

I loved the atmosphere and vibes of this hotel.
Pros:

I was in Arizona for my Graduation from GCU. The hotel was clean, it had real plants, the staff was knowledgeable of the area, extremely inviting, the bar staff was great, anything I needed they were right there the whole time. I would definitely stay at this hotel again with my kids.

Cons:

At first I felt it was not kid friendly but as I stay continued we learned it was things to explore in the near by areas for the kids to do.
