The room itself was lovely, big, clean and modern. The reception area had quite a “wow” feature and the breakfast was lovely (despite the grumpy omelette man)

Cons:

The staff, the location was too far away from most things, the pool itself was quite dirty, and the overall appearance looked like it was stuck in the 70’s!

Hotel is beyond disgusting and unkept. The atmosphere is horrendous as far as air quality is concerned. The rooms are terribly cleaned and staff is caught sitting around on their phones not doing their jobs. The overall price for the rooms is absurd and overpriced. There is always large crowds of minorities running around causing noise and security says nothing to correct the issue. The amenities are not kept up with and falling apart as far as gym equipment and the pool area. Do not book or stay here even if given for free!
