Consigliato!
Pros:

La struttura era munita di moltissimi servizi. Il letto era comodissimo. È sempre un piacere tornare a Royal Plaza.

Cons:

Sempre considerando che si trattava di un hotel a cinque stelle e quindi è normale che il prezzo sia alto ritengo che la camera nel quale abbiamo soggiornato era veramente tanto piccola e costosa. Consigliamo inoltre di rivedere la pulizia di sedie e moquette.

לקחנו סוויטת ג'וניור והיה לנו נוף שהוא פשוט חלום לאגם ז'נווה. הרגשנו כאילו אנחנו שוהים בתוך גלויה. גם השירות של כל אנשי הצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל, דאגו להביא מתנות לילדים וסתם לחלק שוקולדים בשביל הכיף.
המיקום הכי טוב שיכול להיות, ממש במרכז מונטרה, עם יציאה ישירה מהמלון לטיילת.

המלון מיושן, זה אמנם חלק מהקסם, אבל דברים כבר מתחילים להיות מיושנים מידי, קצת עובש ולכלוך על השטיחים והטפטים, דלתות ורהיטים מתקלפים וכדומה. נראה לי שאפשר להתחיל לחשוב על שיפוץ.
כמו כן, השירות חדרים מציע מגוון מצומצם של מנות קטנות במחירים גבוהים מידי.

Average stay, good location.
Pros:

Good location, older hotel with reasonable facilities and somewhat dated. The junior suite was reasonable, dated but good space. The view was amazing from balcony over lake. The staff were generally pleasant.

Cons:

The check in could be smoother and not forgotten about waiting for room to be ready with kids. The spa was dated and facilities need updating including the gym. Treatment booked but when we came back, we were told 'we' got wrong time. No apology and both of us heard a different time. Miscommunication on us so it seems.

Un hôtel où il fait bon revenir pour son merveilleux environnement.
Pros:

Emplacement au bord du lac et de la longue promenade sur les quais fleuris de Montreux. Parking sous-terrain avec accès directe à l’hôtel.
Ancien hôtel très propre avec rénovation moderne. Chambre lumineuse, agréable literie. Personnel souriant et avenant! Salle et terrasse agréables pour un excellent petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Matelas un peu ferme.
