Exceptionnel
Pros:

La situation géographique est à la fois parfaite pour Montreux et exceptionnelle en vis-à-vis du lac Léman. Le personnel, surtout celui du petit déjeuner, est très sympathique, serviable et avenant. La chambre est très confortable, climatisée et avec une vue imprenable sur le Léman, du pur bonheur. Tout est à proximité de l'hôtel si on veut bouger (gratuitement avec le Montreux pass) : le bus, l'embarcadère, et la gare MOB/CFF. Le petit déjeuner est d'excellente qualité avec des produits frais. Bref, que du bonheur !

Cons:

Le parking public jouxtant l'hôtel et qui sert également de parking pour l'hôtel n'est pas pratique pour les grosses voitures. Et ^, dans une moindre mesure, le tapis menant aux chambres mériterait un bon shampoing.

Le confort, la propreté, le personnel au petit soin tout était parfait.

Cons:

La piscine un peu petite mais le Spa magnifique avec un hammam et un sauna réservés aux femmes uniquement en plus de ceux qui sont mixtes, au top!

Family room with lake view. Worth it!
Pros:

We had a family room facing the lake, and the view was really gorgeous. Definitely worth the amount of money I paid for the room. The room, although dated, was clean and you could tell maintenance has been very properly done. The staff were polite from the minute you got in to the hotel, and they had smiles for everyone. Pity we stayed only one night; I would have loved to stay longer to experience the hospitality.

Joli hôtel au bord du lac
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé juste au bord du lac. Place de parking. Très grande chambre. Plusieurs restaurants. Petite piscine et jacuzzi à l’intérieur et solarium extérieur avec une magnifique vue sur le lac.

Cons:

La chambre était trop froide à notre arrivée à cause de la climatisation. Heureusement on a pu la couper complètement. Les moquettes du couloir et de la chambre sont vraiment à changer!!! L’hôtel est un peu surévalué avec 5 étoiles. 4 étoiles serait correct.

Un excellent personnel, particulièrement au petit-déjeuner : professionnel, efficace, attentionné et toujours souriant. Bravo, cela fait vraiment plaisir et donne envie de revenir !

Le personnel des étages ainsi que celui de la réception était également très souriant, aimable et accueillant. Bravo à toute l’équipe !

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Nous pouvions aller à pied nous baigner dans le lac directement depuis l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment très agréable.

Nous avions réservé une suite avec vue sur le lac et, effectivement, la vue est splendide ! La suite dispose d’un grand balcon avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, donnant presque l’impression d’être sur un bateau.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Seule petite remarque : la chambre (suite) nous a semblé un peu vieillissante pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, particulièrement la salle de bain, qui mériterait d’être modernisée au regard du prix de la nuit.

le bruit infernal avec une chambre qui donnait sur une scène du Festival. Impossible de fermer l'œil de la nuit. A plus de CHF 400.- la chambre, cela n'est pas sérieux.

كل شي كان رائعاً من موقع وإطلالة وموظفين الاستقبال ووسع الغرف ووجود التكييف ووجود بوفيه عدد 2 واحد ف بهو الفندق وواحد تحت في الطابق السفلي ممتاز مطل على البحيرة.

Cons:

ستائر الغرفة كانت خفيفة وخدمة النظافة كانت متوسطة ووجود رسوم مواقف السيارة باليوم 20 فرانك تقريباً 90 درهم وباقي الاشياء كانت ممتازة.
