Überaus freundliches Personal, besonders dir Dame am der Rezeption, die sich trotz vollem Hotel am Morgen noch am deinen Namen erinnert! Perfekte Lage für die Durchreise direkt am der Autobahn ohne Lärm! Mega Frühstück und gutes Restaurant im Hotel!

Unsauber und verwohnt - kein 4 Sterne Hotel!

Auf den ersten Blick ein sehr schönes Hotel (wenn man nicht genauer hinschaut). Gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Frühstück-Personal

Cons:

Leider recht dreckig. Sowohl im Zimmer als auch vor allem im Bad (Schimmelflecken, Haare der vorherigen Gäste)

Die Flure sind sehr heruntergewohnt, Teppiche kaputt (und somit Stolperfallen). Die Grünanlage ist nicht besonders gepflegt und macht teilweise den Eindruck eines Lost Places. Das Personal am Empfang war leider sehr unfreundlich und ständig genervt.

Die erste Etage der Tiefgarage ist eng und war völlig unbeleuchtet. Das Hotel über die Garage zu betreten, ist als würde man in ein verlassenes Gebäude gehen. Die zweite Etage der Garage ist schrecklich. Staub, stillgelegt Autos, Dreck und Schrott!

Es scheint, als wäre dies mal ein schönes Hotel gewesen, ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und heute keine 4 Sterne wert!

Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre gesehen
Pros:

Zimmergröße, bequemes Bett, Barrierefreiheit, genügend Steckdosen vorhanden, kein Teppichboden, Parkhaus vorhanden

Cons:

Nicht so sauber, Tresor defekt, Regendusche defekt, das Haustelefon war ohne Funktion Das Hotel ist komplett in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste mal renoviert werden.

Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica
Pros:

Hotel in un’ottima posizione, vicino a molti obiettivi turistici (Gardaland, Sirmione, Bardolino, Peschiera del Garda, Verona) confortevole, insonorizzato, staff cordiale, buona la colazione internazionale. Comodo il garage compreso nel prezzo. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Cons:

Avrei gradito il phon funzionante (poi sostituito da un altro) la serratura del bagno efficiente (era completamente divelta) e il frigo bar allestito con bevande e snack
