Pros:

Very central and cosy, perfect for a work trip. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is superb, walking distance from commercial streets, historical centre, and central station.

Cons:

The room is a bit small but I do not mind as it is only to sleep.

Pros:

- Das Frühstück war ok.
- Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell am Rhein und auch wieder am Bahnhof

Cons:

- Nach meiner langen Anreise, wäre ich gern freundlich empfangen worden.
- Das Wasser zum Duschen am morgen war eiskalt. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde ein Hahn umgestellt. Dann konnte ich Duschen. Danach war es wieder kalt.
- Aufgrund dieses Hin- und Her habe ich ein zweites kleines Handtuch benötigt. Das musste ich begründen. Man hatte mir aber auch mein nasses erstes Handtuch einfach an den Haken gehangen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal sehr freundlich.
Die Zimmer sind sauber.

Cons:

Das Bad und die Dusche war sehr klein. Die Duschkabine defekt.

Pros:

Sehr freundlich, sehr sauber, kein Teppich im Zimmer, sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht das modernste ist, so war doch alles prima in Ordnung. Das Bett war bequem und die Matratze nicht zu weich. Das Frühstück war ordentlich. Das Zimmer zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl und Qualität etwas unterdurchschnittlich, z.B. hätte zum Müesli auch Naturjoghurt gepasst und der O-Saft war wohl auch nur Nektar. Die Schalldämmung zum Flur bzw. der Türen könnte verbessert werden, damit man nicht denkt, dass der Zimmernachbar in das eigene Zimmer kommt.
