Ein schönes Hotel mit guter Lage und tollem Frühstück, das jedoch aufgrund der hellhörigen Zimmer, des enttäuschenden Ab

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Room Service war ebenfalls gut. Die Poolanlage ist schön, ruhig und die Liegen sind sehr bequem. Der Fitnessraum hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Das Hotel wirkt von außen sehr schön und die Architektur sowie einige Details im Innenbereich haben uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir von einem Sofitel deutlich höhere Erwartungen. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig – man hat die Nachbarn und Geräusche vom Flur sowie von draußen deutlich gehört, wodurch wir nicht gut zur Ruhe gekommen sind. Die Betten empfanden wir als unbequem. Das Abendbuffet war für den Preis von rund 100 € für zwei Personen enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war klein, besonders bei den Desserts, und geschmacklich konnte uns das Essen leider nicht überzeugen. Deshalb haben wir die meisten Abende außerhalb des Hotels gegessen. Auch der Service am Pool war langsam – oft mussten wir lange auf eine Speisekarte oder darauf warten, dass jemand unsere Bestellung aufnahm. Die Rechnung kam hingegen immer sehr schnell. Außerdem hätten wir uns insgesamt ein freundlicheres Personal und für ein Sofitel ein hochwertigeres Interior Design gewünscht.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort.
Pros:

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets aufmerksam, herzlich und haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und bietet eine entspannte Atmosphäre direkt am Meer. Ein ganz besonderes Kompliment möchten wir dem Confiseur bzw. der Confiseurin aussprechen – die täglich frisch zubereiteten Desserts und süßen Köstlichkeiten waren einfach hervorragend und jedes Mal ein Genuss.

Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke im Hotel sind eher hoch. Für ein Sofitel ist das zwar nicht völlig überraschend, dennoch hätten wir uns hier ein etwas besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gewünscht.
