Séjour décevant malgré un bon emplacement et un personnel sympathique, avec plusieurs problèmes de service, de communica

J’ai été déçue par plusieurs aspects de mon séjour. J’avais envoyé un email en amont pour savoir s’il était possible d’effectuer un check-in anticipé, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. J’avais également précisé qu’il s’agissait de l’anniversaire de mes parents et demandé s’il était possible d’organiser une petite attention ou une surprise dans la chambre, mais là encore, je n’ai eu aucun retour.

À mon arrivée, la chambre n’était pas prête. Je suis donc allée déjeuner dans le restaurant à la piscine en attendant, mais j’ai dû patienter environ 1h30 avant de recevoir ma commande. Lorsque celle-ci est finalement arrivée, la pizza était brûlée. Malgré cela, aucune excuse ni aucun geste commercial ne m’a été proposé.

Dans l’ensemble, j’ai trouvé que le service manquait de communication et d’attention, ce qui est assez décevant pour un établissement de ce standing.

Un sejour exceptionnel tout est parfait digne d'un hotel 5*.La restauration à la hauteur,le service impecable,l'emplacement magnifique.Biensur sans oublier Mr Mehdi qui nous a gaté et à qui j'envoie mes remerciments les plus chaleureux.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Room Service war ebenfalls gut. Die Poolanlage ist schön, ruhig und die Liegen sind sehr bequem. Der Fitnessraum hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Das Hotel wirkt von außen sehr schön und die Architektur sowie einige Details im Innenbereich haben uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir von einem Sofitel deutlich höhere Erwartungen. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig – man hat die Nachbarn und Geräusche vom Flur sowie von draußen deutlich gehört, wodurch wir nicht gut zur Ruhe gekommen sind. Die Betten empfanden wir als unbequem. Das Abendbuffet war für den Preis von rund 100 € für zwei Personen enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war klein, besonders bei den Desserts, und geschmacklich konnte uns das Essen leider nicht überzeugen. Deshalb haben wir die meisten Abende außerhalb des Hotels gegessen. Auch der Service am Pool war langsam – oft mussten wir lange auf eine Speisekarte oder darauf warten, dass jemand unsere Bestellung aufnahm. Die Rechnung kam hingegen immer sehr schnell. Außerdem hätten wir uns insgesamt ein freundlicheres Personal und für ein Sofitel ein hochwertigeres Interior Design gewünscht.
