Ok, room is ok but far too hot as air con is no sue breakfast a bit crappy.
Pros:

Was about 20 min walk from centre, room itself very nice but air con useless

Cons:

Air con was fairly useless, if i left it on to have a half chance of cooling room, housekeeping turned it off, opened windows to let hot air in and opened all curtains so sun can roast the room.tried to use pool twice both times was closed but explanation why. Breakfast was a but special, hot dogs and some fried eggs that looked like they had been dropped in floor, boiled eggs, spam, some sweaty cheese and some Random salads. There was kfc style wings one morning. Also breakfast does not start before 09:00, so if your a tourist exploring you will probably have to leave before it. It is not near anything so there is no where to get a drink or a meal near you have to head i to town.

Good for a cheaper budget hotel.

Больше не остановлюсь. Есть лучшие гостинницы за эту стоимость.
Pros:

Понравилось расположение и приветливый персонал, который старался решить проблему.

Cons:

Попросил заменить номер, так как кондиционер не справлялся и плохая шумоизоляция с улицей.
В новом номере было тихо, но капало с потолка, с кондиционера. Мягкие матрацы, очень дешевого качества. Завтрак очень слабый. Всегда одинаковый.

Pros:

Our stay was very disappointing. The hotel is old and run-down, with bad furniture and a broken air conditioner that made the room uncomfortable. The location is inconvenient, and the price is far too high for the poor quality provided. We do not recommend this place.

Pros:

Выбирали отель по место расположению- это были наши последние сутки в Ереване.
Внутренний дворик прекрасен!

Cons:

Отель очень уставший- нужен ремонт. Очень скудный завтрак, молоко было прокисшее.
Сотрудники никуда не торопятся и абсолютно не понимают, почему ты начинаешь возмущаться после ожидания более, чем в 30 минут. Ровно столько заняла оплата номера. Они согласовали по телефону, а потом вводили на терминале сумму.
Фото и реальность не совпадают- бассейн грязный, маленький и не рабочий абсолютно.

Телевизор не работал!просил в ресепшне обещали но так и никто не подошёл,бачок унитаза подтикал мы сообшили тоже без реакции,матрас плохой не ортопедический итд.
