Ont a payé pour le chiens est ont ne pouvais pas prendre le petit déjeuner a la cafétéria..mais dans un autre lieux...parce que la femme de ménage a dis qu'il pouriez avoir de l'allergie....bon ...le ventilateur ne marche pas...la.toilet du ventilateur aussi...donc ont a due pubrier les fenêtre mais la nuit avion passe...ect...donc franchement voilà aps top!io faudrais qu'il marque que les chiens non sont pas admis a la cafétéria...

Cons:

Als ich anreiste fiel mir auf , dass kaum mehr Toilettenpapier im Badezimmer war . Dieses teilte ich dem reinigungspersonal am nächsten Morgen mit . Als ich am Abend wieder ins Hotel kam , war das nicht ersetzt worden . Kein Personal war im Hotel , um mir behilflich zu sein .

Das Hotel macht im Internet einen wesentlich besseren und gepflegten Eindruck als vor Ort.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war extrem klein. Die Luft war im ganzen Hotel stickig. Eine Klimaanlage ist angebracht aber noch nicht in Funktion. Die Auslegeware im gesamten Hotel war stark beschädigt und stümperhaft mit Tape repariert. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war extrem niedrig selbst im 1. Stock. Die Rezeption war täglich nur für kurze Zeit besetzt.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt aber doch enttäuschend.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal war sehr hinter her nachzufüllen. Unser Zimmer war schön groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Rhein ist super.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkmöglichkeiten. Man muss 10 Minuten zu einem Parkhaus laufen, welches nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist. Wir hatten extra eine Superior Suite gebucht wegen der Badewanne, aber das Zimmer mit der Badewanne stand nicht zur Verfügung.

Pros:

Stor suite med alt man havde brug for. Aircondition var lige blevet sat op, hvilket vi ikke kunne have undværet.
Køkkenet havde alt vi havde brug for.

Cons:

Lidt slidt og pletter på gulvtæppet.
Aircondition kunne være placeret bedre i forhold til sovesofaen i stuen, som gjorde det svært at have den tændt om natten.
Der var ikke elevator op til lobbyen, så med klapvogn skulle den og bagage bæres 10-15 trin op.
Morgenbuffeten manglede lidt variation og fylde.

Pros:

Die Lage nah am Rhein war sehr schön

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, genauso wie der Föhn im Bad. Der Mülleimer im Bad war kaputt, im Kühlschrank Schimmel. Alles in allem sehr lieblos und nicht was ich bei vier Sternen und anhand der Fotos erwartet hätte.

Ich verstehe die 4-Sterne Bewertung nicht
Mangelnde Sauberkeit: Haare am Bettlaken, Bettlacken defekt, Haare an der Heizung, Flecken auf den Oberflächen, Kalk am Duschkopf , Zahnputzbecher(Glas) wird auf höhe des WC bereitgestellt ( Abstand etwa 50cm ) - das sind keine 4 Sterne
Allgemein: Viele Stufen im Treppenhaus sind geklebt, Klimaanlage vorhanden aber funktionslos
Frühstück: Standard, man wird satt, Anrichtung ausladend, Kaffee und Säfte dickflüssig, Frühstücksambiente Geschmackssache

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rhein, in manchen Zimmer kann man ihn sogar sehen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war Standard, mit ein paar kleinen Extras, aber die Brötchen wirkten wie vom Vortag und aufgegebacken.
