The room smells musty!

Nice view and location, however very small room and poor breakfast, considering the amount paid for the room.
Pros:

location (near the promenade and in close proximity of old town) and sea view from the room

Cons:

the room was very tiny with a small bed as well. also, the breakfast was not at my expectation (located in a very small room at one of the floors - very crowdy) and lacking variety as well as options for persons with intolerances.

Fantastica experiencia en el Vincci Puertochico!
Pros:

Hace pocas semanas mis padres se alojaron en este hotel como regalo por su 50 aniversario de bodas.
La atencion que recibieron fue espectacular por parte de tod@s sus trabajadores/as. Incluso tuvieron el detalle de regalarles una botella de champan y una tarjeta de felicitación.
Y es mas, como tenían disponibilidad, les dieron una habitación con vistas al mar.
No han podido volver mas agradecidos!!!

Repatriation stay
Pros:

I cracked my tibia in a motorcycle accident and was put up in this hotel before repatriation. The staff are wonderful special thanks to the breakfast restaurant manager and my chamber maid for their kindness

Dieses Hotel würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt für uns ! Direkt am Puertochico, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleines Hotel mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Wir haben keinen Badeurlaub gemacht sondern eine Städtereise. Zum Strand kommt man ganz bequem mit dem Bus.

Sobre todo la ubicación muy cómoda con un parking abajo al que desde la vereda
Del hotel se accede por ascensor. Muy ágil el check in. Y excelente desayuno

Wonderful place to stay in Santander!

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. We got a sea view as recommended by many and we had an amazing view of the harbor.
