Excelente quarto.
Pros:

O estilo , decoração , materias e conforto da cama. A madeira, os cestos , vimes a decorar tudo natural que torna o ambiente muito agradável. Ficámos para a rua traseira e ficámos bem isolados do ruído da frente mais movimentada. Os produtos da casa de banho tb eram de boa qualidade. O gel de banho tinha um cheiro um pouco intenso de mas. Hotel muito bem localizado. Não tomámos pequeno almoço. Tinha tb um pequeno bar, bancos e cadeiras muito bem enquadrados com a decoração.

Great location and staff
Pros:

Boutique hotel with great views of the marina and bay area. Staff are outstanding in their hospitality and advice. Hotel is an easy walk to the city centre and attractions and only 20 minutes from the airport

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

This is such a lovely hotel, so many lovely extra thoughts as well like robes in your room, sweets with postcard and maps information, a bottle of bubbly on your birthday. All very special lovely touches.
Location is excellent, the hotel is lovely, very clean, staff are very polite and helpful. Food is very good. The only negative was the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests and the cleaning staff very early, as well as street noise. So it did impact our sleep.
Having said that, everything else about our stay was just lovely so I would return again just with ear plugs.

Pros:

Location is spot on. The staff are so friendly. The hotel has everything you could need and want, some really nice touches which weren't expected too like sweets and postcards/maps with information on. A bottle of wine for your birthday excellent touch thank you. Hotel is super clean and beds are comfortable, food is delicious

Cons:

The only slight issue that impacted us was the soundproofing, the walls are super thin so we could hear guests in other rooms, noise from the street and our room backed onto the maids lift area so it did affect our sleep a little but everything else is outstanding

Una decepción total.
Pros:

La ubicación y la habitación que estaba muy bien.

Cons:

El hotel medio vacío y aunque comenté que me gustaría tener una habitación con vistas al mar, me dijo el recepcionista que o pagaba un extra o no me la daban.
Soy directivo de una multinacional de moda y si me hubiesen dado ese up grade, me hubiese planteado regresar por la nueva tienda que estamos abriendo pero NO vuelvo más y tampoco probaré otros hoteles en Madrid a la que voy mucho.
Una pena estar en un hotel en primera linea de mar y que te alojen en la calle de detrás. Mala experiencia.

Lovely rooms, great location and friendly staff 😃
Pros:

We loved our stay here. The staff are wonderful and kindly upgraded our room to a sea view - we’d thoroughly recommend as it’s a stunning view. The rooms are really well appointed with everything we needed and the complimentary water was a lovely touch after a day of travelling. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks!
