Pros:

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación cercana a Gion que se puede ir caminando y con transporte a 1 calle para visitar todas las atracciones, llegar al metro y a la estación de Kioto.
La habitación es mas grande que lo normal de Japón y tiene lavadora por lo que se puede tener la ropa limpia todos los dias.
El chat de atención al cliente es muy rápido para contestar y solucionar los problemas que pudieran surgir.

Cons:

El hotel no es un "hotel" como tal ya que no tiene recepción. El check in lo realiza uno mismo online y le envían los códigos para entrar al establecimiento y a la habitación.
Me asignaron una habitación en el segundo piso que daba a la calle principal, las ventanas no están correctamente insonorizadas por lo que el ruido era muy fuerte ya que el tráfico exterior es importante.
Me puse en contacto con Atención al cliente y me ofrecieron una habitación en el subsuelo, sin luz natural y con menos ruido, aunque igualmente se escuchaban los ruidos de la calle. Mi estancia fue de 8 días y estar en una habitación de sótano no fue lo mejor. Si bien me dieron la opción para que eligiera y yo elegi menos ruido sobre luz natural, no considero que se tengan que ofrecer habitaciones tan ruidosas o habitaciones en el sótano. Cuando uno ya pagó antes de alojarse no le quedan muchas más opciones.
Noté mucho olor a humedad al entrar en la habitación y en el baño, luego de dos dias dejando la ventana abierta, poniendo el deshumidificador y perfume de ambientes mejoró considerablemente.
Uno recibe la habitación limpia al entrar pero si requiere limpieza durante la estancia tiene un cargo extra. En mi caso que me quedaba 8 dias veo la situación totalmente sin sentido y vuelvo a decir que eso no es propio de un hotel donde hay Housekeeping todos los días.
La basura la tiene que retirar uno a unos contenedores de la entrada.
La caja de seguridad no funcionaba cuando llegué, tomaron nota de mi reclamo y me la cambiaron en cuanto estuvieron por el alojamiento.

A modern apartment in a great location.
Pros:

This modern apartment is very central to a lot of the big Shrines in the area. It is very close to the 206 bus stop that takes you direct to Kyoto Train Station.

Cons:

We stayed four nights and extra towels would have been nice.

Pros:

Very close to bus stop, Lawson convenience store and my planned activities. Bath after walking days in Kyoto was a bonus.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z customer serwis. Dobrze wyposażony.

Cons:

Dużo formalności przed przyjazdem. Pokój standard dla jednej osoby nie miał światła dziennego, ponieważ mur sąsiedniego budynku był około 30 centymetrów za oknem. Cena tego pokoju była podobna jak pokoju delux z oknem na ulicę.

Une étape agreable dans un charmant quartier de Kyoto.
Pros:

Une chambre pas trop exiguë, 2 lits, un espace salle de bains WC séparé. Beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants proches. Proximité du métro.

Cons:

Pour des problèmes techniques l'hôte nous a informés d'un changement de chambre. La nôtre au RDC avait 2 fenêtres sans visibilité aucune (donnant sur un vide entre 2 immeubles). Le manque doy erture nous a impactés mais a l'étage ça doit être très bien.

Clean room, good bathroom, Lawson shop across the road, close access to LUUP scooters/bikes which were great to use across Kyoto. Also had a small lamp light which many of our other accommodations across Japan haven’t had. Enjoyed our stay :)

Pros:

La ubicación es imperdible. Sobre una avenida principal y muy cerca de paradas de autobús y del templo, Liyomizu. El departamento tiene parrilla, refri, horno y lavadora. Perfecto para una estancia larga.
