No me.oarecio que se opusieron a trabajar con bastante bulla wn algun momento, ya que pienso q es importante informar de si el hotel está asiendo algunos arreglos asi uno piede ver o tomar la decision de buscar otra alternativa muchos van para un buen descanso

No es que no me haya gustado, pero podría mejorar el desayuno, tener más variedad de productos de la zona, por ejemplo no tanto pan de molde, kuchen sureño, etc.

Excellent location for walking along the lake. Some nice cafes opposite the Villarrica letters that are just next to the hotel.
Very spacious room with a huge comfy bed. The view out the window was beautiful esp when the clouds cleared and you could see the Villarrica volcano. Great shower facility
Breakfast was generous, plenty to choose from. The scrambled eggs were very good.
