The hotel met my needs.

The staff were kind, helpful and professional, as always!!

Cons:

What I LIKED was the Location.. I attended a seminar at the University of the Virgin Islands. It was an evening conference, so I felt it would’ve been too much for me to take a taxi and a ferry back to St. John where I live. Lindbergh Bay hotel is convenient for a one night stay prior to or after the fact of flying into St. Thomas.
To answer the question… what I would like is the Restaurant to reopen and for the owners to continue to make building upgrades.

Awesome!
Pros:

Limbergh Bay met us where we were and took us where we needed to be. The service was impeccable; the facilities were phenomenal; the ambient comfortable; the staff pleasant, courteous, helpful and informative, and the views incredible.

Cons:

That my stay wasn't longer, so I couldn't salivate in their awesomeness a little longer.

No facilities in the hotel - information provided by the hotel was incorrect.
Cons:

No facilities at hotel.
The restaurant was closed, which we expected. The information on booking.com stated that there was a free shuttle to their partner hotel, based on this we decided to book at this hotel. The shuttle was not available, we were told it had been discontinued years ago. The hotel staff said this was booking.coms fault that it was advertised. However the hotel's directory of services in the room stated there was a free shuttle, so it was not booking.coms error.
In addition, the bar was closed during the period we were there, we had not been notified of this.
The vending machine was empty so there was no food or drink available at the hotel.
We had to pay $6 per person each way to go to their partner hotel in a taxi to get anything to eat or drink. Abysmal and the staff did not care.

Over all it was manageable for the 2 nights we stayed there
Pros:

The staff was very nice, so was the cleaning ladies. The views to the hotel was great. Over all the rooms were clean.

Cons:

The hotel doors didn’t lock. There was a gap in the door frames. Moldy spots on the bathroom tile. We had to call the maintenance to fix the door with WD40. There were cats everywhere. The shower fixtures were old and rusty. Not enough parking. Too many pot holes. No cable . They need to upgrade the entire hotel rooms especially have to upgrade the bathroom fixtures . New doors. Wood peeling on doors.

It was great my kids enjoyed. So what can I say and some of them photos came from emerald beach which I 2blocks walking.

Great location, affordable, and beautiful views.
Pros:

The location is right near the airport. Don’t even have to rent a car. You just have to walk across the street and around the bend.

Cons:

It was dated and a little shabby for my taste. The staff was accommodating, but not friendly.

This hotel has roaches! Please be aware!!
Pros:

Please be aware they have ROACHES! This is equivalent to a 2 star hotel!! You can’t receive refunds no matter what! The rooms have no AC also. Cleanliness is just not top tier

They’re dirty.

If your flight is cancelled and you need to stay somewhere close to the airport...don't pick here.
Pros:

We stayed here because our flights were cancelled and it's literally right behind the airport.

Cons:

The hotel has very few amenities. The main amenity it its proximity to the airport. Otherwise there's a bar with very few options - don't expect to catch a vibe. Also, our room leaked. We woke up to water covering the floor and coming down from the ceiling and we had to use a trash can to catch the water. The walls were stained and the bathroom was dirty. The television picked up mayyyybe four channels, and only three had working sound.

Location was the only good thing, but no beach access
Pros:

Location is pretty good. Right by the airport. Room extremely small, especially the shower. Some staff rude, but not all. Close to the Emerald Hotel which has more things near by and food plus beach access, cure huts.

Cons:

Tiny shower, thin blanket, awkward toilet placement.
