Rooms not as advertised. Construction ongoing without letting me know prior to booking. Black mold in the room.
View is beautiful. On backside of airport so you can walk to it. Near beautiful beaches. Pool was nice. Small pool on cliff was gorgeous view!
The room had many broken items. Safe didn't work. Chair was torn. Dresser draws would not stay closed. Sink handles were loose. Shower handle was broken. Coffee maker ran out both sides when making a single cup. Overpriced! No food or drink on property. No shuttle to sister restaurant on other side of beach- a long hot walk away! No refrigerator in room. Lost power on the island!
Location perfect for air travel. View from room great.

What I LIKED was the Location.. I attended a seminar at the University of the Virgin Islands. It was an evening conference, so I felt it would’ve been too much for me to take a taxi and a ferry back to St. John where I live. Lindbergh Bay hotel is convenient for a one night stay prior to or after the fact of flying into St. Thomas.
To answer the question… what I would like is the Restaurant to reopen and for the owners to continue to make building upgrades.
Limbergh Bay met us where we were and took us where we needed to be. The service was impeccable; the facilities were phenomenal; the ambient comfortable; the staff pleasant, courteous, helpful and informative, and the views incredible.
That my stay wasn't longer, so I couldn't salivate in their awesomeness a little longer.

No facilities at hotel.
The restaurant was closed, which we expected. The information on booking.com stated that there was a free shuttle to their partner hotel, based on this we decided to book at this hotel. The shuttle was not available, we were told it had been discontinued years ago. The hotel staff said this was booking.coms fault that it was advertised. However the hotel's directory of services in the room stated there was a free shuttle, so it was not booking.coms error.
In addition, the bar was closed during the period we were there, we had not been notified of this.
The vending machine was empty so there was no food or drink available at the hotel.
We had to pay $6 per person each way to go to their partner hotel in a taxi to get anything to eat or drink. Abysmal and the staff did not care.

The staff was very nice, so was the cleaning ladies. The views to the hotel was great. Over all the rooms were clean.
The hotel doors didn’t lock. There was a gap in the door frames. Moldy spots on the bathroom tile. We had to call the maintenance to fix the door with WD40. There were cats everywhere. The shower fixtures were old and rusty. Not enough parking. Too many pot holes. No cable . They need to upgrade the entire hotel rooms especially have to upgrade the bathroom fixtures . New doors. Wood peeling on doors.

The location is right near the airport. Don’t even have to rent a car. You just have to walk across the street and around the bend.
It was dated and a little shabby for my taste. The staff was accommodating, but not friendly.

Please be aware they have ROACHES! This is equivalent to a 2 star hotel!! You can’t receive refunds no matter what! The rooms have no AC also. Cleanliness is just not top tier
