מיקום מושלם, החללים המשותפים יפים ומתוחזקים היטב. החדר נקי ופונקציונלי. החוויה כולה היתה אי של שקט בעיר סואנת.

Cons:

החדר היה בקומת קרקע אז הרגיש קצת חשוף לפתוח חלונות. פעם הבאה אנסה את הקומה השניה.

מיקום מצוין! קרוב מאד לפארק המסילה. המלון הוא מלון בוטיק קטן במבנה הסטורי יפה. העיצוב אסתטי, עדין ונעים. יכל להיות מושלם (ובמאמץ קטנטן אכן יכול להיות מושלם).

תחזוקת החדר טעונה שיפור, בדגש על חדר המקלחת. כשהגענו מיד קלטנו שהרצפה סביב האסלה דביקה (לא רוצה לחשוב ממה דביקה), בנוסף פתחנו את החלון בחדר המקלחת וניצבו שם על אדן החלון זוג נעליי טיולים עם גרביים, כנראה של האורח הקודם. המנקה כנראה לא פתח חלון כשניקה את המקלחת, אם היה מנקה, היה רואה את הנעליים וגם היה רואה את שכבות האבק על מסגרת החלון מהצד החיצוני... הודענו לנציגת המלון ובזמן ששהינו מחוץ לחדר היא שלחה את המנקה שניקה את החומר הדביק והעלים את הנעליים. את האבק השאיר...
עד כאן - קורה. לא נורא.
אבל בנוסף, התברר שהברז של הדוש במקלחת שבור, כך שאי אפשר להעביר מים לראש גשם (שנראה גדול ומפנק... אבל לא עובד). בנוסף הדוש הידני מחליק ע"ג המוט... בקיצור היה צריך להחזיק ביד. לא כיף. וזה עוד לפני שהתחלתי לדבר על העובש במקלחון.
כשעדכנו את הנציגה (בצירוף צילומים), אמרה 'תודה רבה אני אטפל בזה' ו.. שבת שלום.

אני לא מאלה שדורשים פיצוי, אבל בהחלט הייתי מצפה שהמלון יציע פיצוי. אין יותר מבאס ממקלחת לא נקיה ולא מפנקת בבית מלון. אם דורשים מחיר כמו שדורשים ללינה של כמה שעות ללא ארוחת בוקר וללא כלום... המתקנים צריכים לתפקד!
חבל, כי למקום יש פוטנציאל אדיר.

זה לא מלון עם צוות.
זה מלון דירות עם "שירות לקוחות" שזמין חלקית טלפונית בשעות היום ולא זמין בכלל בשעות הלילה.
התחזוקה ירודה - הטוש במקלחת שבור ומשפריץ מים ומנורה מיטה לא עבדה.
אכזבה וממש לא נותן תמורה למחיר הגבוה ששילמנו.
