Super Lage am NEC, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, bequeme Betten, kleinere Probleme wurden sofort gelöst.

Letto molto confortevole, stanza silenziosa, personale extra-gentile e disponibile. Colazione di buona qualità. La location è perfetta per eventi e fiere al NEC
Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo, manca il sapone per lavarsi le mani nel lavandino (è necessario utilizzare quello della doccia). Il sapone per la doccia era vuoto

The smell of sewage all night in my room was unbearable!!!
Location and rooms
We wanted to sleep in as check out was 12 am .there was no do not disturb in our room when we got back late and no phone to order so we left it
The next morning we were waken at 8.40 am by the cleaning lady then again later and again , 3 times before we left at 11
The facilities are excellent and our room was spotlessly clean,and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
My only criticism is the rooms could stock more tea and sugar as all they provide is 2 sachets. I know i could have gone down and asked for more but its not ideal when your ready for bed
It was close to the NEC
The long walk next to a lake and lots of trees from the car park. As a woman I would not do that in the dark if I was on my own. No option to park at the hotel unless you’re a VIP. Only a few hangars to hang clothes on. No other storage at all. This hotel has not been designed with women in mind.Hot breakfast was awful. Uncooked hash browns, tough scrambled eggs, unappealing bacon.
