Was excited to stay but disappointed in the end with a mixture of errors
Pros:

Cool venue and good location quirky

Cons:

The tv doesn’t connect to your phone to stream and you can’t wait Netflix or other popular apps only you tube and they turned loud tumble dryers / machinery on at 830 at night that woke me up out of my sleep

Amazing hotel but quite expensive
Pros:

Amazing hotel really good facilities , location perfect for the conferences

Cons:

Quite expensive comparing to other hotels that are similar. I think what you pay for is really the location ( inside NEC)

Moxy one night stay
Pros:

Easy check in, the staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless.we were staying because we were there to do the makers central, and the moxy was so close to it. Had a meal in there in the evening which was cooked fresh, had a complimentary moxy naughty cocktail which was lovely. We paid for breakfast with a good selection of continental and full English which set you up for the day. Had a lovely view of the lake outside our window. The blackout curtains was a bonus, the room was pitched black which we love, had a great night's sleep, had lights under the bed which came on when you got out of bed so you didn't have to fumble to find the light switch, we would recommend to anyone that needs somewhere close to the airport or train, we'll worth the money

Cons:

Charged me double without consent. Paid on arrival and took 2nd one without consent just before I left, but stayed to sort it out. I have not finished because of the 2-3 days of waiting if it is returned to my account. They hold me up, making me late for my appointment. It is so stressful, as it is not complete. I am so sad because it was all really great till the end. I hope it would not affect future customers like me.
