I was "upgraded" on arrival to a family room (even though it was just me) ended up being an accessible room so no bath and big wet room.i had to ensure I didnt knock the emergency cords!
No.nesprrsso.pods provided for the machine. Everything else was replenished but these. Only noticed in the early morning when I went to male coffee.
Clean, modern hotel in a convenient location for the NEC. The room was comfortable, quiet and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the hotel providing a fridge in my room (thanks Jordan!) when I explained that I needed to keep food and medication chilled. The breakfast offered a good range of options, and the hotel worked well as a base for attending the Big Bang Fair over several days.
Not the property as such, however being confirmed to the NEC as I came by train, prices overall were high. I don’t even pay a lot of these prices in London and as a student, not much option to find alternative.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was exceptional.
Great hotel with friendly relaxed atmosphere. Loved the styling of the rooms and the lobby area. Really loved the lighting in the rooms - especially the soft lighting under the bed that switches on by sensor at night to make it light enough to get to the bathroom. The staff were all really friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Parking is a joke, all the VIP spaces and 10 min drop off spaces outside the hotel were empty, and we had to walk 10-15 mins with luggage to the hotel and then again back to the car. The breakfast is also not equipped for children only offering cold waffles, toast and cereal. My friend booked a week later than me and was given breakfast included and they point blank refused to include breakfast in my booking without me paying even more money.
