Pros:

The housekeeping and staff were rude. They yelled at me and discriminated against my disabilities. They called the police and made me and my family and children leave. They ruined our first day on our vacation i want my money back.

Our bedding was dirty. Way too much commotion in the hallways (barking dog and kids running around) and people in the pool down below our room late at night. Someone smoking a cigar on a balcony close to our room. Overall uncomfortable stay. WILL NOT RETURN..

The staff in every area were attentive and very friendly! Every time we needed anything they fulfilled every concern. We would definitely stay here again!

The carpet was new but had to clean my feet when I would get in bed.

Perfect with 1 hiccup!

Value, great price for a great location right on the beach. 🏝️

Cons:

Limited parking, even with a parking garage it was limited. You pay $10 a day for parking, and you may have to park offsite like we did twice, and still pay the $10 a day fee.
