The view was amazing and I loved the window seats.
Nothing really.
The location is excellent! The breakfast very nice! I liked the fact that it was not buffet. You eat less and freshly made plates!
The size of the room for 4 was a bit tight.
Beautiful rooms and hotel staff were excellent.
Location
When you arrive they will require to pay as a deposit 600 pound (in my case, with a 6 nights stay). I travel around the world for most part of the year and in general a credit card is required. After the check out, they took an amount of money which was superior than the one reported on the invoice. I had to call several time to obtain the difference back
Location is good
Apart from giving room, no service available
Well located and lovely interiors, however for the price of the room I think we would stay elsewhere. Our room was on the 14th floor and the skyline view was the wrong side of the hotel for any interesting views, and as it was directly under the rooftop bar and restaurant it was VERY noisy in the room making it hard to sleep.
The staff were lovely, comfortable bed, great air con and the dogs were provided with a gorgeous bed. The Nest is a lovely place for a drink in the afternoon, (dogs aren’t allowed in after 5pm).
Maybe we were just unlucky with our room but it was a shame for over £550 a night we didn’t sleep well and there were no other facilities, we’ve paid less for full spa / gym access.
The Treehouse Hotel was unlike any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I loved the uniqueness in the interior design. The attention details were very charming and made it feel very cozy. We had an incredible view out looking London which gave it an exciting feel to it as well. The staff members were inviting when we arrived as this was our first time in London. Can’t recommend it enough! Looking forward to coming back some day.
Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning very good and the views over London stunning
Lack of communication amongst the staff
The location is fantastic within walking distance of lots of London attractions. We were travelling with our toddler and the amenities they provide for them really make it an exceptional experience. Would highly recommend booking the family tree package.
Love sitting in the window 👌🇬🇧
There was inly 1 operating elevator, it caused some delays. I understand this is now resolved but I expected that the 3rd elevator would have been operational (room floors) while there was an elevator out of service.
