Pros:

Fantastic location just off Regent Street. Next to BBC which we didn’t realise until we ventured out to see what the monument was that is next to the hotel. Nice vibe to hotel.

Cons:

Mandatory service charge added to prepaid room rate. Staff nice but didn’t do anything for this charge.

My Third Stay at The Treehouse hotel
Pros:

My favorite place in London, comfortable room, unbeatable location in a safe area and the amazing staff
They also have the Nest bar which is where they offer nice food and drinks with fantastic view over Regent street

Great location, fantastic views.
Pros:

I love the hotel, it's the second time I stay there. The location is superb and the views are stunning.

Cons:

I'd avoid the 14th floor as they have an event spade on the 15th and that could get loud. And would love more in-room dining options. One can't eat Mexican food for 4 consecutive nights :)

Cons:

Our room was on the 14th floor and there were a lot of noice from the restaurant above. The location was great, walking distance to everything and the views were excellent.

Average hotel amazing location
Pros:

The location of this property was absolutely amazing

Cons:

The stuff on the rooftop bar were absolutely the rudest people I’ve ever met and I wish she actually overflowed every time we had a shower basically, this was mentioned to the staff twice once while I was in the room because we asked for extra towels to dry the floor and then when we was leaving the property
