Overall it was a pleasure stay. even with the issue I had.
Pros:

On entering the hotel it was very nice and stylish. Clean and tidy..
I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable It was very nice and quiet where the room was situated

Cons:

Ii didn't like that I could not use the fan as the PAT test on it was dated July 2024 and thought it was out dated so felt it was unsafe to use and the room got too hot. I did ask a member of staff about it and they said they would look in to i but didn't hear more about it.
There wasn't any toilet roll in the bathroom on arrival and had to ask at the reception deck. I found that embarrassing and also there was no toilet brush to clean inside of the toilet.
On the second night the handle broke off one of the cups...came off in hand, I was lucky I hadn't put any hot water in the cup yet.
I mentioned it at reception and was told they would replace it, but it wasn't replaced.
I found there wasn't enough hangers for the clothes for 2 adults staying 5 nights. There were only 5 hangers.
On the website it stated it had a hairdryer available in the room, so I didn't take mind, but there wasn't one in the room.

Pros:

Location, and reception staff good ,Plenty of hot water.

Cons:

Room dirty ,mould on tiles in bathroom, no fridge, no safe for valuables. Wardrobe handle missing .and a large pile of rubbish
Out side window of room 112. First time we have ever left a bad review. Would rather not leave one.But this was bad.

Very good, good breakfast and good value for money.
Pros:

Comfortable and friendly staff.

Cons:

I stayed for 3 nights but each 24 hours the keys would lock and I could not get in any door so many times I had to go downstairs again to unlock it even have said I was staying for 3 nights.And that was very annoying .

Petit déjeuner complet et varié en formule buffet - English Breakfast disponible, très apprécié. L'accueil a été très aimable, un bon accompagnement et une grande disponibilité.
Parking disponible pour un prix raisonnable. Centre ville à proximité.

Pros:

The hotel was ideally location for my purpose/function and the price was reasonable. We arrived early and every effort was made to accommodate us.. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We were disappointed that there were no walking shower as we requested disability facilities.

Great stay for price paid
Pros:

Price was great . Paid for a single room and got a double, bed comfy , staff nice

My room needed a little love , in places was a little damaged and had been badly repaired , large water stain on ceiling , wobbly handle to get into the bath ,

The room was inaccessible due to technical issues with the room key and door, meaning we had to ask reception staff to open the door each time we entered. The toilet was continuously dripping throughout the night. Bathroom sink was blocked.

Pros:

The staff were kind and the breakfast was fine. The proximity to the train station and the town centre was convenient, while being away from a lot of noise.

Cons:

The room was slightly grim. Some light touch ups could go a long way. Aircon should be installed. The hallway was very hot and clammy.
