Wonderfull!!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely wonderful — from the delicious breakfast, to the beautiful beach, the amazing service, and the excellent communication. Every detail was taken care of beyond our expectations. We truly felt welcomed and looked after during the entire stay. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back!

Location, good breakfast and nice staff, spacious room at et 14. Reception service was great.

Cons:

The hotel is a shadow of what it was back in the day. Everything needs refurbishing. I didn’t like that there were unfinished levels at et 16 and 17 I think. No attention to details at all. It seems like everything is low cost maintenance, from the lobby and room access halls to pools and rooftops even lounges. Everything looks over-worn. Definitely not 5 stars. There was a constant humming day and night, some heavy motors or something running.

The staff provided exceptional assistance, particularly Shweta and Mina, who significantly contributed to a comfortable stay. We were also pleased to receive an upgraded room. The indoor pool was well-maintained, the bar offered a pleasant experience, the outdoor pool was outstanding, and the private beach was truly remarkable.

The best hotel in this location.
Pros:

The hotel is excellent. It has beautiful rooms, a gym with direct access from the hotel, several swimming pools, and access to a city beach that belongs to the hotel. We would like to thank the kind and professional staff, especially the manager Katerina, who was incredibly helpful and supportive. The breakfast was outstanding and served as a buffet. There was a great selection of hams, cheeses, English breakfast, and every morning the chefs prepared fresh waffles, pancakes, and eggs in different styles, including fried eggs, eggs Benedict, omelettes, and scrambled eggs. There were also fresh salads with various dressings, yoghurts, cereals, fruit, jams, and fresh pastries. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of everything, surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, and shops.
We will definitely come back.

Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany. Obsługa wyjątkowo miła, uprzejma i zawsze pomocna – szczególne podziękowania dla Pani Moniki za profesjonalizm i serdeczne podejście do gości. Hotel bardzo czysty i zadbany, a śniadania świeże oraz bardzo smaczne. Ogromnym atutem jest również świetna lokalizacja. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę ponownie!
