Pros:

Staff and facilities were great. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Location is right in the thick of it, but that was our fault for not reading description correctly, we also thought the beach was attached to the hotel.
The shower leaked a lot which meant the bathroom was wet and we went through a lot of towels. Also the entrance smelt slightly like dirty mop smell, could have been the air con.

Auf jedenfall würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen, da es einfach ein sehr toller und angenehmer Aufenthalt für uns wuar
Pros:

Der privat Strand, wenn er auch leider an einer Hauptstraße liegt wo leider viele Autos vorbeifahren und die noch mal gerne extra Gas geben, aber ein privat Strand ist toll da er nicht so überfüllt ist.

Cons:

Die sehr lange Wartezeiten am Lift

Pros:

Colazione ricchissima e personale attento e cordiale. Inizialmente ci avevano dato una stanza che non ci piaceva, ci hanno cortesemente e tempestivamente cambiato la stanza con una più confortevole.
Ciliegina sulla torta è stato al check out quando abbiamo detto di avere il volo in serata e ci hanno addirittura dato una stanza di cortesia fino al pomeriggio prima di partire.
Competenza e cortesia del personale davvero di livello altissimo.
Tra i diversi operatori cito Catherina (attentissima alle nostre esigenze dal primo all’ultimo giorno) e un signore maltese anche lui molto attento di cui però mi sfugge il nome.

Pros:

Colazione davvero ottima. L’Accesso all’opal lounge era una vera coccola in più. Posizione eccellente si ha tutto a portata di mano. Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Cibo davvero ottimo! La piscina ben organizzata

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua della doccia, hanno subito inviato un tecnico che ha risolto in parte il problema. Tuttavia per scusarsi ci hanno dato un voucher per mangiare all’interno dei loro ristoranti, sono stati davvero gentili.

Vacances en famille
Pros:

Un immense hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de l’animation de San Ġiljan. Malgré sa taille, le personnel est aux petits soins et le service est vraiment agréable.

L’accès à l’Opal Lounge est un vrai plus, notamment avec des enfants de 17, 15 et 12 ans. L’ambiance y est beaucoup plus calme et le petit-déjeuner est copieux, ce qui permet de bien commencer la journée.

Les piscines sont très agréables(interrieur et extérieur) et l’accès à la plage privée située à seulement 2 minutes à pied est un véritable luxe.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables avec un ménage effectué chaque jour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et recommandons cet hôtel, notamment pour son emplacement, ses équipements et la qualité de son personnel.

Cons:

L’hôtel, commence clairement à montrer des signes de vieillissement. Plusieurs espaces présentent des traces d’usure et certains équipements mériteraient d’être rénovés ou rafraîchis.

Pour un établissement de cette catégorie, nous nous attendions à un niveau d’entretien général un peu plus soigné. Une rénovation permettrait vraiment à l’hôtel de retrouver tout son standing et de mieux correspondre aux attentes des clients.
