Pros:

Veldig fint hotell, og veldig serviceinnstilt personale. Rent og fint. God frokostbuffet. Bra basseng og fasiliteter. Man var veldig skjermet fra nabolaget som kunne være litt støyete.

Cons:

Hotellet lå i et område som var mye festing i. Var ikke så hyggelig nabolag med små barn. Heldigvis merket vi ikke noe til dette innne på hotellområdet.

Hotel położony w najbardziej rozrywkowej dzielnicy Malty, ale nie przeszkadzało to jakoś super, gdyż okna mocno wygłuszają;-) poza tym wszystkie imprezy na świeżym powietrzu ,w okolicy hotelu, kończyły się o 22.30. Obsługa hotelu mega, mega uprzejma, pomocna i uśmiechnięta - polecamy kontakt z Panią Moniką w recepcji;-) Mieliśmy pokój typu premium więc mieliśmy dostęp do baru Opal Lounge, gdzie w godzinach 17-19 są serwowane przekąski oraz napoje i drinki alko lub b/alko w cenie pokoju (tam również przesympatyczna obsługa). W w/w barze/bufecie dla tego typu pokoi są serwowane śniadania - dość skromne, mało urozmaicone, ale wystarczające, aby podjeść się na dłuższą część dnia (nam osobiście niczego nie brakowało), są serwowane na życzenie ciepłe dania "śniadaniowe". Hotel posiada własną plaże (czynna do 17) ok 100m, co jest dużym komfortem, leżaki, beach bar, itd. Sprzątanie, a raczej odświeżenie pokoi codziennie, woda uzupełniana co dzień. hotel czysty, zadbany.
ogólnie pobyt w hotelu uważam za znakomity;-)

Cons:

Hotel zaczyna kąsać ząb czasu, ale nie przeszkadza to jakoś ani nie ujmuje jakości oraz czystości hotelu.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Fabulous 5 star hotel in dynamic busy part of st Julian bay . Fantastic views from room . Nice pool . Spacious suite . We had opal lounge access so breakfast service was very good with very attentive staff . Enjoyed the fresh juice counter and table orders for eggs . Guest relations manager very attentive and asked us if any issues during our stay . They fixed AC in the room promptly . The Maltese are very keen on good service to promote tourism .

Cons:

For such a great hotel I felt the beds were a little uncomfortable - mattresses a little too firm though I do normally like a medium to firm mattress anyway and the pillows could be improved to match quality of the hotel - I woke with neck ache most nights ( we were in Vienna before Malta in a 3 star hotel and the bed and pillows there were better ) .
My brothers also booked at same hotel but didn’t get opal lounge access ( I think I had it as I booked a suite as we are 2 adults 3 children ) - it was a shame we couldn’t have breakfast together as they were in main breakfast level 4 . We didn’t realise when we booked that we had different access .

Harika bir otel, çok basarılı personel ve cok ıyı hizmet.
Pros:

Otelin konumu harika,kendi özel kum plajı olması cok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı son derece kaliteli ve güzeldi. Odalar oldukca geniş ve cok temizdi. Personel cok egıtımlı, çok kibar ve nazikti. Özellikle Yönetici olan Katerina Angelkovska çok başarılı bir yonetıcı ve neredeyse tüm konuklarla birebir ilgileniyor. Kendisine ayrıca tesekkurlerımızı iletiyoruz.
Tekrar Malta'ya geldıgımızde mutlaka bu otelde kalacagız. Herkese tavsiye edıyorum

Pros:

The Hotel is very clean and updated infrastructure. House keeping was very friendly and flexible as late as 6pm. Laundry services were top notch. Room service was fast.
Generally good holiday experience. The area is also very nice and busy. Close to the beach

Cons:

The lifts tend to get busy at certain hours but all in all my experience was good
