The Hotel is very clean and updated infrastructure. House keeping was very friendly and flexible as late as 6pm. Laundry services were top notch. Room service was fast.
Generally good holiday experience. The area is also very nice and busy. Close to the beach

Mitarbeiter alle aufmerksam und nett

Cons:

Hotel ist alt, muffelt hier und da, Klimaanlage entweder Kühlschrank oder aus und der Raum wird zur Sauna. Lüftung auf dem Dach des Hotels ist 24h am brummen. Sobald man die Balkontür aufmacht ist es wie im Flugzeug. Bars in der Umgebung laut, auch in der Nacht.

Venligt og imødekommende personale på et meget stort hotel med mange faciliteter og med en central beliggenhed. Værelser
Pros:

Servicen var til topkarakter - vi blev hele tiden mødt med smil og imødekommenhed. Der er mange faciliteter på hotellet og hotellet ligger meget centralt i byen. Personalet var meget venlige til at guide os - både lokalt og ifht dagsture. Vi valgte acces til Opal Lounge, hvilket var lækkert morgen og aften, hvor vi også kunne vælge udendørs servering.

Cons:

Værelserne er fuldt ud funktionelle og rene, men det trænger også til lidt kærlig pleje i form af små reparationer. Der er så mange faciliteter at dele af hotellet kommer til at stå lidt øde hen, fordi der ikke er personale på. Fx aktivitetsrummet, isbaren, etagereceptioner osv.
Rygning ved poolområdet burde forbydes.

Funcionários muito disponíveis e atenciosos

Cons:

Não gostei da localização. Não acho uma boa escolha para quem procura um local para passar férias em família. É um hotel muito grande, localizado numa zona com muita vida noturna e por isso quem se aloja no hotel é maioritariamente quem procura diversão noturna.
