Would recomend as a perfect hotel when passig through and need a place to stop and rest.
Pros:

the front desk staff were very friendly and wish I rembered her name. Our stay was only one night but location was perfect for this.

Cons:

Basic breakfast - not to many options.

Pros:

Stayed here for business and have before. Nice clean modern rooms with a little extra space in suites. Good restaurant inside to grab a quick bite

Pros:

Jessica at the front desk was exceptional. She was warm and polite and very knowledgeable about the hotel and helped me at every turn. The hotel was very modern and well run. But the best thing about the Hotel was Jessica.

Loved the Ontario Element!
Pros:

We had a wonderful 8 night stay at the Ontario Element Hotel. It is relatively new, VERY clean, with a friendly and helpful staff. We especially appreciated Celeste at the front desk who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! She made a good stay even better. The breakfast was delicious and the offerings changed every day. We experienced a few small inconveniences that were remedied quickly when brought to the staff’s attention. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if/when we are in the Ontario area.

The Staff is what makes this hotel special!
Pros:

We came down for my uncle‘s funeral and have never stayed here before. The entire staff from the maintenance gentleman to the front desk scale to the remaining staff have been so kind and so warm and friendly. We had no expectations for breakfast and we met with a surprise. Evelyn takes care of how she serves her food and cares about how it taste.I told her I felt like I was coming to her home for breakfast. It felt like it had that touch and that’s really hard to do in a hotel. You guys have very good staff here overall and should make sure they are well taken care of.

Long term stay
Pros:

Shout out to Jane, front desk supervisor. We stayed for 2 weeks with 3 kids. She went above and beyond to keep my family near by at full capacity. The breakfast is amazing, laundry, gym is always clean. Loved the Tesla charging stations. They provide plenty of chatge stations for electric vehicles. 5 stars to the friendly service.
