Good location!
Pros:

Decent size room, with all important amenities. Comfy bed and good bathroom with toiletries and towels. Basic Tea/coffee maker in the room and complimentary 24hrs coffee machine on the 1st floor. Decent breakfast spread. The best part.... Coolest location! Bang in the city Centre!

Cons:

Personally, didn't like the location of our room as it had no view (window- but no view). Did not show up in the booking, so didn't know about it. If some photo was shown, I would have maybe booked a better room in the same hotel.

Perfect location, extremely friendly staff, spotlessly clean, and excellent overall.
Pros:

Location. Perfect.

Cons:

Apparently, the air conditioning is turned off in October due to Swiss regulations. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

As a transition hotel to the Zurich Airport, this hotel was an excellent choice.
Pros:

The location was very close to the Zurich River, and the old downtown center of Zurich. It was a joy to walk around. Lake Zurich was also very close. The train station was within walking distance of the Boutique Hotel.

Four Star Zurich choice
Pros:

Location was outstanding, and really enjoyed tge comfort of the triple room. Coffee and tea area a nice touch. Slippers made it extra cozy along with super comfy bed, and comforters! Great stay.

A great boutique hotel in Old Town
Pros:

You will have a wonderful stay at the Hotel Helmhaus. My room was very clean, and the bed was larger than I expected and quite comfortable. My room faced the road and was relatively quiet, including on the weekend. The hotel staff was very hospitable, and the breakfast was exactly what we had hoped for: lots of options and a daily variety of fruits. While there is no coffee maker in the room, there is a coffee station on the first floor. The room had a kettle, safe, iron, and was reasonably cool with AC even on a hot day (80F). The location was perfect for exploring Old Town, and a short tram ride to the main train station.

Cons:

My bathroom had lovely soap products but no hair conditioner.
