A great boutique hotel in Old Town
Pros:

You will have a wonderful stay at the Hotel Helmhaus. My room was very clean, and the bed was larger than I expected and quite comfortable. My room faced the road and was relatively quiet, including on the weekend. The hotel staff was very hospitable, and the breakfast was exactly what we had hoped for: lots of options and a daily variety of fruits. While there is no coffee maker in the room, there is a coffee station on the first floor. The room had a kettle, safe, iron, and was reasonably cool with AC even on a hot day (80F). The location was perfect for exploring Old Town, and a short tram ride to the main train station.

Cons:

My bathroom had lovely soap products but no hair conditioner.

Recommended Boutique Hotel in the Heart of the Old City
Pros:

We loved the central location in the Old City, within walking distance of everything. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was very comfortable, with a smart and stylish design. The breakfast buffet was tasty and high quality, with a good selection. The staff at reception were very helpful, especially at check-out, when they efficiently assisted us with an issue involving the taxi we had ordered.

Friendly front desk. The bathroom looked newly renovated with an excellent shower and plenty of counter space around the sink.
