Очень чистый , новый , эстетичный отель. Близко расположен к отличному шоппинг центру , развлекательному центру, пристани ( от куда стартуют разные экскурсии) очень доброжелательный персонал , все рассказали , были внимательные. Прекрасный завтрак .

Cons:

У отеля нет своей территории . Это единственный минус .

Lovely Stay, But Breakfast Service Needs Improvement
Pros:

I had a very short stay at the hotel, so I can’t fully rate the overall experience. The room was clean, and both the reception and concierge teams were welcoming and very helpful.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the breakfast service. When I politely asked a waiter for a coffee, I was told to serve myself. This was surprising, especially for a five-star hotel where you expect attentive service. It wasn’t about the coffee itself, but about the attitude and level of hospitality.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the breakfast service did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel of this category.

Great experience
Pros:

You're greeted by a doorman or two, both inside and out. Your luggage concierges waits for the check-in process to whisk your luggage upstairs.Everyone is exceedingly polite and hospitable, and speak some degree of English.

The common areas of this hotel are immaculate and it's not uncommon to see people polishing up. The daily cleaning could not have been more impeccable. And the cleaning staff is available for anything that you need and very accommodating.

Magnificent breakfast spread every day, complimentary. I was reminded of breakfast buffet at the plaza in New York. Every breakfast item imaginable was included in this, buffet spread. Even the honey that was served was dripping off a honeycomb.
The hotel has a complete fitness room and swimming pool even though I didn't use the pool. They also have a hair salon and a spa which I did not get to enjoy.
The concierge employees always ready to help you make reservations and give you tips on how the best enjoy your day. There are always several doorman available inside the entrance to flag a taxi or help you with anything you need.

I ate both at the downstairs restaurant and the food was delicious, I ordered room service several times my order was always perfect and the servings were very large. I also ate at the upstairs find dining restaurant, which is Italian with beautiful views of the Istanbul Vista to include views of.the Bosphorous River. On this night, there was a strolling violinist. The beautiful views and polished atmosphere along with the good food made for a pleasurable experience. Among other things, I ordered a Caesar salad, which came drenched in Cesar sauce. For next time I would ask for the sauce on the side and not tossed.

I've been to 20 different countries and I've stayed at many hotels, this will go down in history is one of my favorites. It's a medium sized hotel and intimate enough to feel personable. If I return here to this sample, I would definitely stay again at this hotel but I would ask for a high floor with a view if possible. All in all a very noteworthy experience at this hotel andI highly recommend.
