Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The staff are the most friendly staff in the world ! I’m recovering from surgery and they are making it super pleasant for me . Mert from the buffet breakfast was very attentive and kind :)

Pros:

Ich kam viel zu früh beim Hotel an (check-in normalerweise ab 15h), war schon um 09h da und nach kurzem Check, bekam ich das Zimmer sofort, was ich extrem geschätzt hatte. Das Personal allgemein war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück reichhaltig.

Pros:

It was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we truly experienced perfect Turkish hospitality. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of high-quality food.

I can’t mention all the staff by name, but especially Mr. Mert was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. All of the bellboys were also very kind, friendly, and helpful.

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Favorite Hotel in Istanbul
Pros:

Excellent 5 stars hotel in Istanbul, located ideally on excellent road network that takes you anywhere in with decent duration and options. Highly recommended

3 nights in Istanbul

One of several options for “free 3 night stay” in Istanbul when we purchased business round trip flight to London on Turkish Airlines. To be honest, I was a bit worried when we are paying a third of the price of Dallas-London direct and then they threw in three nights at a hotel? Well, this was a five star experience. Beautiful, large rooms, breakfast included. We ate the first night at the Italian restaurant on the top floor. A bit pricey, but the food was phenomenal and what a great view. I highly recommend this hotel. It is in the new section, and most of the cool stuff to visit is in the old section, but we arranged a tour and they picked us up at the hotel. Things don’t open until 10 so a 9:30 am pickup worked fine
