Rooms were very spacious and comfortable
Over priced mini bar and charged me for coffe capsule from the room. Normally all hotel anywhere in the world have this coffee complementary or will tell you otherwise.

Rooms aren’t spacious
For the past week, this hotel has felt like my home away from home.
After undergoing surgery and experiencing some follow-up complications, I was confined to my room and bed for most of my stay. During this difficult time, every single member of staff went above and beyond to care for me. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help made all the difference.
I was advised to eat certain foods that were not even on the menu, yet the kitchen staff never hesitated to prepare them for me. They always did their best to accommodate my needs with a smile.
A special thank you also goes to one of the housekeeping ladies, who would prepare my room in record time whenever needed so I could return and rest comfortably. Her thoughtfulness and dedication did not go unnoticed.
This place was much more than a hotel to me—it became my home, my support system, and my family for an entire week. I am deeply grateful to every member of the team and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.
I have always loved Türkiye, and the warmth and hospitality I experienced here have given me yet another reason to dream of one day living here with my family.
Thank you all for making a challenging time so much easier and more comfortable. I will never forget your kindness.
Absolutely excellent! The breakfast is fabulous, have never seen such choice and quality. Also big credits to the ladies managing the tours desk and other personnel.
An advice to those trying to get to the hotel from Gayrettepe metro station. Although it is just 900m walk and visible from there do not try to negotiate the tunnels, stairs, lifts to re-surface on the proper side of the roads (unless you read/speak Turkish). Go strait to the street level and take taxi for example at bus stops, they are available from there, approx. 300 Lira, 7USD.
My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel, and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude to one exceptional staff member who went far above and beyond during our visit. His name is Ayhan .
Due to my wife's medical condition, our stay came with some unexpected challenges. From the moment we arrived, this staff member showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. They took the time to understand our situation, anticipated our needs, and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and stress-free.
Their kindness was not just part of their job—it was evident that they truly cared about our wellbeing. Whether it was assisting with special requests, checking in to make sure my wife was comfortable, or simply offering reassurance and support, their efforts made a difficult situation much easier for us to manage.
Outstanding customer service is rare, but the level of care and empathy we experienced was exceptional. This staff member turned what could have been a very stressful stay into one where we felt valued, supported, and genuinely looked after.
Please pass on our heartfelt thanks and recognition. They are a credit to the hotel and a wonderful example of what true hospitality looks like.
