I loved my stay at the hotel so much, it had everything I needed, a really great gym, sauna, steam room, and a beautiful lounge. The best part of my experience here however was the state of my room when I get back from an exhausting day, the maid Műneuver was an absolute breath of fresh air, she made sure my room and all my things were neatly arranged, she never hanged around or made suggestions for tips, it’s so funny that I looked forward throughout my stay to getting back to my room because of her. I truly appreciate Műneuver for giving me such a comfortable and happy experience at the hotel.

хорошее расположение, рядом с метро (м11 в аэропорт и м2 до таксим) +автобусы в аэропорт, метробусы. Трудно правда в переходах ориентироваться, сложная развязка. Персонал хорошо работает.

Spacious room. Friendly and very kind staff. The design in the room is really good because it is minimalistic. Having a balcony is a plus. No-carpet floor is quite a plus.
There was so much outside noise coming into the room - the window insulation is not good for that matter. The elevators shake like a cradle. There was hair in one of the towels, which was "unused" in our room. The wifi was not working. They tried to fix it but the timing wasn't good so we let it go.
Mövenpick Hotel Bosphorus was an excellent choice for our first trip to Turkey visiting from the United States. Everyone at the hotel made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, the amenities were great, and all of the food we tried was excellent. The breakfast buffet was especially amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options each morning. Ismail, one of the waiters at the buffet, was extremely attentive and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Clean
The hotel cooling air-condition is turned off during the month of may i asked the hotel to turn it on as in the booking website it mentioned that the room included with AC and they mentioned no air conditioning is allowed during this period
This is misleading and unacceptable, especially given the warmer/hot temperatures in the room.
This policy feels unnecessarily restrictive for guests specifically in a 5 stars hotel.
